(Inner Sanctum, Planet #3 of System)
Hemera is a moderately populated planet and part of the Inner Sanctum. The Illuminati has full control here and its laws are fully upheld. The planet is a mix of cities and farmland, the farmers producing both crops and raising livestock for the inhabitants of the Inner Sanctum planets. Citizens are always mindful to watch what they both say and do when it comes to the Illuminati. The weather is fairly temperate and experiences all four seasons yearly.
