I'm assuming you mean Pm, in which case there are two ways. You can click on a person's name, and that should bring up a menu. if you look, on the left you should see their avatar. down from that are options to add friend or foe, further down are options to PM.
You can also click and respond directly to a thread with a PM. I believe it's the lower right of the post where it says "PM." I recommend that for replying to request threads.
