Firstly: please only proceed on the understanding that roleplay is very separate from real life!
I have listed some scene ideas I would be interested in; however, please do not feel constrained to follow one of them exactly. I am more interested in finding a roleplay that fits the general kind of character type I like to play than I am in sticking rigidly to a particular story outline. Similarly, kinks are generally negotiable (and the more flexible you are willing to be, the more flexible I am willing to be!): I don't enter a scene with a preconceived notion of exactly what elements need be included. Most of the scenes I've described assume MF, human pairings, but that's not set in stone. The settings are assumed to be roughly modern day; they may be transferrable to other time periods or locations, but I'd prefer to stay away from hard canon settings.
Character appearances
I realize that many here favour anime-influenced hypercurvy women, but I personally enjoy, when given the possibility, playing slim, slender, or even skinny, characters. I have found this to be a wildly unpopular preference, and so I don't hold out too much hope, but I simply thought I'd mention it in case there were any people who enjoyed, or were at least willing to countenance, a more slender look for female characters.
Because I enjoy a certain kind of character, I have arranged the scenes in rough order of character progression, imagining a common narrative, but that's not important for shorter-term RPs; ages range from about 15 to 25, and I'm less flexible about that than I am about most other elements.
Broken home
My character comes from a broken home. No "daddy" characters please - her father isn't around, and her drunken mother's succession of boyfriends don't show many paternal instincts. But this lack of parental responsibility also opens up the possibilities for staying out late, bringing home the wrong kind of boys, and developing some self-esteem issues.
Alternative girl
In a school setting, my character is not the head cheerleader or the preppy straight A student or the richest, most popular girl. High school age roleplays should therefore reflect this: drugs and raves, not mall shopping and football parties. Does your character prey on the outcast, or try to help her integrate?
Teacher x student
This isn't my most loved dynamic to play, but it's so popular that I may as well roll with the tide. In such a scenario, I'd prefer a situation in which a teacher becomes one of the few older figures my character can trust - but is that trust wise? Whether deliberately or unintentionally, crossing the taboo boundary might lead to her being taken advantage of.
Runaway
Inevitably, the life of a late teen/early 20s runaway in a big, unforgiving city has its dangers. Does the rich man who offers to give her a warm meal and a bed have ulterior motives? What will she do when she runs low on money, or needs a fix? This is probably a story angle mostly reserved for darker themes, but I am open to the idea of two runaways finding kindred spirits and trying to make it, together.
The world of music
I love music, and incorporating it into stories. My character might be a fan who meets a star, or might be working at a club where an up-and-coming band are playing. Your character might see mine playing at an acoustic cafe or ask her to design some posters for his band.
Abusive relationship
This is a fairly generic category obviously, but I should say I'm probably more interesting in a less-than-functional relationship, featuring a mixture of violence and genuine affection, than I am in an out-and-out BDSM-style master/slave scenario. My character is not really a "submissive" in the sense of actively enjoying being dominated - even if that is what sometimes happens to her.
Bonnie & Clyde
I have a romantic attachment to the idea of a criminal couple, whether it's the adrenalin rush after they steal some money, or the difficulties they face navigating a world in which they can only trust each other. I imagine, however, her motives being mainly financial (or pharmaceutical) rather than outright criminal sociopathy.
Cheating - Forbidden romance
I enjoy cheating as a kink, but it's especially thrilling if there's an extra layer of complication thrown in. This could be mean cheating on my partner with someone I shouldn't - his best friend or his worst enemy? cheating on my rich husband with a lower class worker? cheating on my gentle, doting husband with a rough, aggressive brute? There are so many possibilities.
Cheating - The other woman
This would be a slight twist on the cheating theme, wherein your character would be the one cheating, with me. Obviously, this would open up the delightful possibility of secretive, guilt-ridden sex. I enjoy the idea of my desperation for you to leave your wife for me leading me to allow you to take advantage of me.
Cheating - Completing the circle
Yes indeed, cheating as a kink interests me so much I'm even willing to consider a roleplay in which your character cheats on mine! This might play similarly to 'the other woman', with me trying hard to keep you, whatever it takes.
Slice of life
My character becomes a college student, or gets a job in the city, or moves into a suburban neighbourhood with her new husband. But will the issues that have bedevilled her past really all just fade away? Essentially, this is a category for a "day in the life with a twist" kind of scene, whether at work or at home.
Porn industry
This setting is one I have some interest in, although I would be picky about the scenario. Ideas I like include being new to the industry and having to do my first scene or being in a relationship where both of us work in the industry and having to navigate the complications of it. This is the kind of scene however where I would be more likely to be emphatic about my character's appearance.
I'm sorry the thread is so vague and sparse; I probably have other ideas too and am always willing to hear out suggestions, so if I haven't included something don't let that stop you. Let me know if anything appeals!
