Two of the oldest races in the world had finally come to an agreement. The vampires, known for their high class, near perfect looks, along with their blood sucking ways and the strong desire to control another race. Yet werewolves, which had been smart, although animal in character in the past, enjoyed knowing they had a safe home, where they couldn't be disturbed or taken advantage of. Finally, the two species found a perfect middle, which would help them both to hide from the latest threat; humans. They both ran the risk of being caught, examined and of course, killed for what they were and what they could do. Both races found this to be a solid decision and it protected them for the years to come.
Fast-forward nearly two-hundred years, and the latest vampire from the leading family was off to school. It was Lorraine's third year at the school and she found her own set of friends, both human and vampire of her own kind. There were several of the blood suckers at the school, only about a handful, but enough to make an exclusive club to hide what they truly were. The routine winter break had recently passed and the student body was returning to the school in packs, ready for their next semester of the year. Lottie, as she was known to her close friends, had just lost her protector to her older sister, who needed the strong fighter for her new position at her work place. Lucky for Lottie, her family had lined up a new protector to meet her at the school.
The young woman had moved back into her dorm room, a private room which was set up ideally for herself and her protector, and stepped back out of her room. Her dark ginger hair was pulled back into an ornate, folded bun, framed her face with her bangs, bringing out the chocolate brown colouring in her eyes and the pale skin her family was known for. While her clothing was modern, for the time period, it was falling back to a traditional vibe; falling just below her knees in a baby doll-like fashion, coloured with a deep purple fabric, with a pure white underskirt. She waited in the main lounge of the room for the man to arrive.
