Sera smirked as she looked at the house in the distance, it was her newest job and would be by far her biggest heist. Apparently a wealthy aristocrat had several priceless treasures all for the taking, a single woman without any real security to speak of and whom would never see Sera coming. Sure she was going to be cautious but her informant made it pretty clear that her only real trouble would be if the aristocrat caught her in the act and even then the thief was confident that she could get away clean. Hell she was no novice, she was one of the best in the country, if not the world.
Of course she had her advantages, one of the biggest advantages in evading notice and capture was her appearance, she was no average woman and nobody would peg her as a thief. Sera stood around 5'8" with an athletic figure, a few toned muscles adorning her smooth curvacious body. Her overall appearance seemed to ooze a seductive aura, her naturally tanned skin and long raven colored hair giving the woman the presence of a goddess. Even her eyes seemed to peer right through you, sharp enough to cut through any person and of the most beautiful emerald rival to that of any gem. Her femininity and beauty hid a dark past and criminal occupation, although most would think she was an aristocrat herself they would never believe her to be a street hardened thief.
None of that mattered on the job though, save her hidden strength and perfected balance, as while her beauty may keep people off her scent it would not be an excuse if she was caught red handed. Of course pride stopped her from covering her face, the belief that she wouldn't be seen enough to ward off worries and caution. The woman slipped over the outer wall of the mansion and made her way across the open grounds leading up to the building, her dark form barely visible in the night. She hit the wall without a sound, her back pressed up against the cold stone as she looked around to make sure nobody was around to see her next move. When she was satisfied that her Intel was correct and nobody was guarding anything she turned and got to work, scaling the outer wall and up onto a second floor balcony that led into a large room, most likely a study by the look of it. Still without a sound she hoisted herself over the edge of the balcony and down onto the floor, slipping inside without hesitation.
Everything continued to go well after that, she used the door to the study to escape into the halls and made her way through the winding corridors all the way to what seemed to be a parlor, which contained nothing she was after, although it did hold some valuable pieces still, ones she barely had the willpower to pass up. It was only then that the question crossed her mind of whose home she was inside, the vast amount of valuables and the sheer scale of the mansion was amazing, a great deal of money being needed to afford such things and yet it was a lone woman who owned it all, a woman. Sera felt some kindred things with her target, no doubt another strong woman who didn't let a man do things for her and made her own way, of course it could as well be a widower or spoiled aristocratic woman whom was born into all of the wealth surrounding her but Sera liked to think it was the first option. The job was no place for idle thought though and soon she continued on, moving through the corridors and looking for a room containing the items she had been told about, among which was the Almaroz Amulet, a piece she could sell and never have to work again if she so pleased. It was very enticing and possible even got Sera excited enough to miss a few subtle things as she searched.
