(Sorry it took so long. It ate my first post. )
Tailor leafed through the final pages of her book and set it down. It was probably her third read-though, but just as good. She sat up and looked outside. The sun had just finished setting, leaving the outdoors in a deep dusky shade. She loved summer sunsets. So pretty.
Finally, Tailor got up and took her book back to it's shelf, wondering if she should select another to read. She had many choices, including the last novel she had gotten for her 17th birthday, just a few weeks ago.
But it was late. Her mother had already gone to bed and she should probably have considered doing the same. She pondered the idea for a moment, half tempted to go see what her sister was doing in her room. Probably on her computer or something.
Shrugging, she left the books be and went to her closet to get changed into her pajamas. Sleep sounded good. And besides, why stay up so late when she really hadn't much else to do now.
