James let out a small sigh as he stretched out on his couch. It was early Saturday morning and he had been awoken at 6:45 that morning by a not so happy phone call from his mother. Turns out she had decided to spark some news that would of been beneficial for him to have heard a few days before but, heaven forbid his mother and father keep him up to date on events. His sister was on her way to live with him. Something that some people could potentially find as fun or amusing but he had always been the type to prefer his own company and tended to drift away from others. Especially when the company was a demanding little brat who believed she should get anything and everything she wanted.
He rolled his eyes as she shifted into a sitting position on the couch, running a hand through his stray, curly hair. He had a fairly nice house, positioned in your average neighborhood. He had two bedrooms, a kitchen and one bathroom, your average little house and one thing he was extremely proud of. "It's just my damn luck that I'd get stuck with her.. Not my fault the parents cant handle her." He stood up and made his way over to the window, huffing and puffing in frustration as he pulled up the blinds on the window and glanced outside into the early morning, letting his eyes shift back and forth along the road, watching and waiting for the taxi he expected at any moment.
He was a rather tall guy, standing at about 6'4, the average height for men in his family. He still retained the muscular build he had picked up playing football in High school even though those years had been gone and past for close to three years. He zoned out thinking about how things would change when he caught a glimpse of a small, yellow cab zooming down the street towards him. He let out an annoyed sigh and shook his head, "Show time, James.. Lets hope she's grown up a little." He pulled open the front door and stepped outside, his hands slipping into the pockets of his jeans as he watched the cab roll up, his emerald eyes focusing on the passenger door, watching and waiting for the sister he had left behind to pop her head out.
