Patrick Conroy wrote a book about his experience at VMI and the degree of discipline and humiliation the students go through while being trained there.

I'd like to turn that into a training for sex slaves, military school style. This school, it is voluntary to enter, these are girls who desire to learn the trade of sex slave.
