It's not even a comparison. Star Wars warships are much more capable. Star Trek ships are generally "General purpose" ships in terms of capability, not warships, at least in the Federation. Next Generation in particular, and later ships are not designed in the Federation to be vessels of war. They're ships of exploration, diplomacy, disaster relief, scientific research, even cargo transport at times. Most Star Wars ships aren't as versatile.
However, compare say, the Federation Heavy Cruiser, the iconic Enterprise, flagship of the Federation. Depending on source materials it has between 4-6 photon torpedo launchers, 10-14 phasers, of which usually 4 are point defense. Compare say, a Imperial Interdiction Cruiser, A, can pop vessels out of Lightspeed, which negates Star Trek's one advantage, at least in the original series where combat was conducted at Warp Speeds rather than sublight. If I recall rightly has some 30 or so heavy turbolaser batteries for anti-ship work and another 40 or so lighter ones for anti-fighter work, and has three squadrons of TIEs.
Heck, a TIE Bomber squadron exceeds the Federation CA in sheer firepower available.
Back to the original point though... depends on what you have up your sleeves for plot but I'd be willing to throw down in either Galaxy.
