Taking a deep breath Brianna took a short cut through the park on her way home from school...she liked going through the park because there were adorable little kids there and Bri liked to talk to them. Bri was a very kind hearted girl that a lot of people trusted but the thing was with Bri...you could very easily get into this young teens heart. Which is why she had been hurt a lot of times. She'd trust her boy friends and lay her heart and soul in them and then they would leave her...although lately Bri was pretty much single...not wanting to get her heart broken again...she knew it was bound to happen but for the moment...she didn't want it to happen. It was a sucky feeling.
Smiling the girl stopped at the ice cream truck giving the ice cream mad 2 dollars for a nut cone and then opened it throwing the wrapper in the trash and began licking it walking off...smiling and waving to kids that were yelling her name to get her to pay attention to them! she laughed.
"You guys are to cute I hope I have kids like you guys one day!" she said with a smirk and then sat on a bench eating her ice cream and pulled her Cosmo magazine out and began flipping through it.
 
James slowly pulled his car into the parking lot of the park, he watched Brianna as she walked up to the ice cream man and buy a cone, then she walked away waving at some kids playing near by. When she sat down on the bench and puleld out a magazine he got out of his car and slowly walked around to the otherside of the park, he kept his eyes on her the whole time. James had been watching Brianna for weeks now, he knew every move that she made, he knew where she liked to hang out and how long she was normally there.

James slowly come up from behind her and stood just off from her like he was just looking around the park. " It's such a beautiful day, the park is always a nice place to be on a day like this. " He smiled as he spoke, never once looking at her, but he could tell what she was doing. He thought that Brianna was such a pretty little thing, she was everything that he wanted, she was perfect in everyway.
 
Bri sighed licking her ice cream and smiling..she liked to smile she figured if she smiled and someone else wasn't it would make their day better. She looked up hearing a kid scream...she smirked seeing they were only playing. It was clear that Brianna was such a people person.

She looked up slowly hearing someone speak to her. It made her smile...he seemed nice enough "Oh, Hi...yes it is a nice day and I love to be out side on nice days...although I pretty much like to be out side...but my names Brianna hi!" she said giving the guy a smile. Even though he wasn't looking at her. She set her magazine in her lap and looked up at him licking her cone.
 
James smiled as he walked over to the bench, he looked into Bri's eyes as she spoke, he couldn't help but think that she has such lovely eyes. James who is an older man in his early 30's with short black hair, he slowly sat down on the bench beside Bri. He was good looking man for an older guy, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and 185 lbs. " Well hello there Brianna, my name is James it's nice to meet you. " He said while extending his hand, James had already known her name and even knew where she lived. The truth was that James had been stalking Brianna for weeks now and it was time for her to get to know him, he wanted her to think of him as a friend.

James looked down at her lovely young body, althought he acted like he was looking at her magazine. " So Brianna, what are you readiing? " He watched as she slowly licked her ice cream, he enjoyed watching her do this, it was a turn on for him.
 
Bri smiled at him "Yes, it is very nice to meet you as well" she said softly licking her ice cream and looking at him now. She took a deep breath and gave the guy a smile. She lifted the magazine up and smiled. "Cosmo...which you probably never heard of. But it's my favorite I have a prescription to it so I get a new one every month" she said with a smile to him and shrugged. She knew he probably thought it was weird but it was her favorite so she didn't care.

James looked at Bri as she spoke to him, he thought that her soft voice was like the sound angel make when they sing. " I should have guessed that you would be reading Cosmo, after all a lot of women read that, and yes Bri, I know about that magazine. " He said while a playful smile on his face, he looked out over the park, then back towards Bri. " So Bri, do you go to college around here? " James asked, but he already knew how old she was, the question was all part of his plan to make friends with Bri.

Bri gave a smile and laughed nodding "Yeah, a lot of girls I know read it" she said with a shrug and smiled at him softly. He seemed like a guniuenly sweet guy so...she didn't mind talking to him. "Well...my school is just over there" shes said pointing on the other side of the park then looked back at him with a shrug. "It's school though...not much anyone can say about it...do you like around here?" she askd since she figured he would of because...he was at this park...bu maybe not. Maybe he just liked this park.
 
James chuckled when Bri talked about her school, he looked around as she asked about the park. " Yes Bri, I do enjoy coming to the park, it's so peaceful and it helps me with my work. " He hoped by saying that the park helped with his work, that Bri would ask what he did for a living. He could see that Bri was sweet and innocent, but she seemed very smart and he would have to be careful about tipping his hand. " So Bri, what grade are in at your school? " He looked down at his watch, James knew what she did and when she did it, and he knew that Bri would be leaving soon.
 
(Well I forgot so i'm making her in 9th grade 14)


Bri smiled listening to him talk...she found that she liked listening to him...she felt people looking at her while she spoke to him...but what else was new? people liked to stare in this town...well...at her since...a lot knew her...sometimes it bugged her. "It does? well...what is it that you do?" she asked with a smile licking her ice cream as it had started to drip a little down the side...since she was to busy talking.
"I'm in 10th grade...I just turned 14" she said with a smile to him and then shrugged...turning 16 now that would be something but she was just boring 14 and still the middle child in her family...so in her family she was most forgotten ...all the time.
She looked at her cell for a moment then stuck in back in her skirt pocket and looked back up at the girl with a smile.
 
James looked at her with a bit of shock on his face. " You're only 14!?! " He said as he pulled back slightly looking her over. " You must be pulling my leg, you seem so much older, I would have guessed 20 or 21. " He said knowing that she would feel good that someone thinks that she's older then she real was. " Well Bri, you are very muture for your age. " He said with a smile on his face. " Well Bri, I work as a photographer, I work for newspapers, Magazines, I do portraits and do a lot of work for the fashion world, taking pictures of models. " He said knowing this would interest her because of her reading Cosmo.
 
Bri smiled big listening to him...her face was shinning now hearing him say seemed like she was older that she could of passed for 20 or 21...she really liked that.
"Yeah, I'm really 14...not pulling your leg...I just have grown up with a family that forgets about me so I have learned how to take care of myself at a young age...so that's probably why" she said with a smile licking her ice cream again then look up very interested what he was saying.
Really? I have always wanted to be a model...my friend told me once that I'm pretty enough to be one but that seems like a fun job...I wanna look like..." she flipped her Magazine open to a page of a clothes model...
"Her" she said with a smile but then shrugged...she knew she never could.

James listened to Bri as she spoke about her family. " I know just how you feel Bri, I was a middle child myself. " He said as a sad look came over his face. " you get forgotten, no one gives you any respect, and no matter what you do, someone else does something better. " He said shaking his head, then he let out a long sigh. When Bri said that she wanted to be a model, James looked over at her and listened as she told of her friend who said she was pretty enough to be a model. He then looked down at the magazine which she had on her lap, he slid down the bench so he could get closer to her. " Oh Bri, you are so much more prettier then she is. " James said as he looked at her. " You have what we photographers call a natural beauty. " He said, then he touched her face gently with his hand. " You know, I'm always looking for fresh faces, I could take some test photos of you, if you would like to try it sometime? "
 
Brianna listened to him as he spoke...understanding how she felt...that he was just like her...it made her smile..he understood and she knew that she and him would be friends..or she hoped. "Yes! that's exactly what happens to me and I'm all like I did that to...oh but I didn't get all A's just A's and B's so I do not get put on the calender...at the top urgh it's so annoying" she said making a face.

When James scooted close to her and touched her face speaking to her she sighed but also smiled...he was so cool "Oh my god! I'd love that! yes I want to!" she said with a smile obviously excited...Bri liked having her picture take anyway.
 
James smiled when he saw how excited Bri was with the idea of him taking pictures of her. " Well Bri, I can take some test shots when ever you have the time. " He said, James always had his cameras with him, just in case he found something worth shooting, or if a job came up quickly. So far everything was working out perfectly, he had made friends with Brianna, by using her background against her. He was going to take his time, so she would comfortable with him and trust him in everyway. When the time was right, he would spring his trap and take Brianna somewhere that no one would ever look for her.

James put his arm around Bri. " You know Bri, you and I are a lot alike, and I don't see why we can't be friends. " He said with a smile on his face, he then placed his other hand on her thigh and patted it gently.
