The mass of bodies made her nearly want to throw up, a squirming sensation clawing at her stomach as she tried her best to wedge her small form through the throngs of people. They smelt like the city, grimy and smokey, as though they hadn't washed in weeks. Her nose would wrinkle just a bit as the stench reached her, a small scowl darkening the freshman's lips as she tried all the harder to reach the seemingly distant train. It had been this way for a couple of months now, ever since they'd moved to the city. Her parents no longer possessing a car, Anna was pretty much forced to take the train back home after clubs were finished. And while she knew that it was a necessity, that didn't mean the girl was thrilled about the predicament.
She'd continue to fight her way through the crowd, nearly having a bit of coffee spilled upon her white blouse when she bumped into one particular man. She'd been quick to recover however, mentally cursing herself for having worn a skirt as she continued to make her way forward. Soon, however, she'd be successful. Feeling as though she'd just swum a couple dozen miles, the girl would take in a breath of (somewhat) fresh air when she finally managed to push her way through the human wall that had just barred her way. She'd stumble through the open doors of the train, nearly tripping over her own two feet as she grabbed hold of the nearest pole she could find...milky-white hands clasping it tightly as her shoulders loosened just a tad. She'd let her eyes wander just a tad as she waited for the train to finally start, her doe-like emerald eyes taking in the crowded confines. A stray hand would reach up, fiddling with her mahogany-colored hair just a tad. She'd pulled it back into a braid today, of which she was glad. She'd lost count of the number times it'd been caught up in the crowds in the past...
