Is my pm working

I am wondering if my personal messenger account is working.
Over the last two months, I sent several inquiries out and never heard back.
How do I check it?

You can check whether someone has read your message by using the message tracker. Go to your in box and look at the left hand side of the screen. In the messenger box click on rhe hyperlink named tracker.
That will bring up the tracker screen, at the top of the screen,is the list of the read messenges as well as when they were read. At the bottom in another section is the unread messenges
