Isn't technology grand? CyberSystems Inc. has long been the leader in virtual reality gaming with their line of VR-Helmets, superimposing a new world over the user's senses. Their latest model of VR-Helmet includes a revolutionary invention where--rather than just projecting an image on a screen in front of the user's eyes and using speakers for sound--it uses the latest in noninvasive brain-computer interfaces to completely override the normal sensory input from a person's body to their brain. Now, for the first time, users can completely feel the created world around them as if it were real, and their customized avatars actually become their bodies. This system, and the game coupled with it, was released in a special beta; selected customers from across the country were allowed to purchase the new helmet and game and be a part of the first stages of the game before release to the general public.
