What happens when you take Warhammer 40k, D&D (Spelljammer and Planescape mostly), Exalted, the World of Darkness, Mass Effect and some other bits and pieces and mix them all together?
You get a wheel covered in skulls and eagles that's throw into space and used to kill a void dragon.
With any luck, that sounded epic to everyone reading this, because that's exactly what Dungeons the Dragoning is. It's about being awesome as hell from the start rather than timid and weak.
