Hello and welcome to my little slice of the forums. As you may have noticed, I’m new here at Blue Moon, but not to role-playing. So, please make yourself comfortable while I outline my favourite and not so favourite things.
First, it’s important to note that I do not RP via IM. I have neither the time it requires to develop a decent story, nor the talent for writing quality posts in a flash. You see, my muse behaves like a stubborn little brat when put on the spot, therefore IM is not a format I find satisfactory for character development and descriptive scenes. This might also be a good time to point out I prefer writing females opposite males, but I have no preference regarding my partner’s gender.
While I prefer using the forums, I might be willing to consider email or other methods offsite depending on the circumstances if you ask me nicely. I do like to befriend my writing partners because I believe a good rapport and communication are keys to a successful collaborative story or RP, but my real life will always remain private.
What I Find Irresistible
*Literacy, imaginative storytelling, good grammar and spelling. By no means do I expect perfection since I make my fair share of mistakes, but please take the time to use spell check. Regarding post length, I write as much as I feel I need to, and while I don’t expect or deliver novels in every post, please do give me something tangible to work with in my reply.
*Well thought out plots with twists and turns aplenty, but this doesn’t mean they always have to be overly complex. They should always be captivating, but sometimes the simplest ideas can be the best ones.
*Intelligence, wit, and charm from dominant males who are masters at the art of subtlety and don’t come across as overbearing, chest beating Alpha Males at every turn. In other words, they should know who they are, what they want, and possess a myriad of skills needed to get it, because my females certainly know their own mind and will be confident, strong willed, smart, and feisty.
*Realistic characters even for NPC’s, and by this I mean giving them depth, flaws, talents, strengths, and weaknesses. Give me a reason to analyze the psychology behind their personality, and you’ll not only have me hooked, but striving to return the favour in kind.
*The beautiful dance of seduction and romance that begins with a thrilling glance across a room; building in its intensity at an achingly slow pace, until the unspoken passion leaves the reader breathless. Perhaps this is cliché, but I adore the idea of one or both characters starting off with some reluctance before slowly succumbing to their desires as the story unfolds.
*Sensuality woven through character interactions, with vivid descriptions of the exquisite joys and torments as they experience the world using all five senses.
*Passion that goes far beyond mere lust. For me, passion is all encompassing, enhancing every emotion with heart pounding intensity.
*Eroticism, this goes hand in hand with sensuality and passion, and when I write sex scenes, be they slow and tender or fast and furious, I go beyond describing the physical action. The thoughts and feelings experienced are equally enthralling, if not more so.
*Clash of wills, ideals, personalities, or power struggles. Whatever the cause, there has to be at least some tension between characters or they might as well just ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after, which leaves little to nothing left to write about really.
*Humour is highly underrated, but it adds to realism and is downright fun to include, especially when it allows a character to laugh at himself/herself. Let’s face it those moments where you do something stupid or embarrassing may be painful at the time, but they’re what make us human. Besides, they usually end up hilarious stories to regale your friends with later.
What Turns Me Cold
*One liners, please give me at least a couple of paragraphs to respond to.
*Anime or cartoons.
*Animals or any character that resemble them, werewolves being an exception.
*Crude and/or pornographic descriptions of sex. Dirty talk? Oh yes, but added as a spice, not the entire main course please.
*Group sex, sorry it’s not something I find enticing.
*Incest in any form.
*Characters younger than 20.
*Canon characters, though canon worlds are fine.
*Whips and chains, no they do not excite me.
*Humiliation as a tool of sexual dominance, nope ain’t gonna happen.
*Focusing on smut over plot. Don’t misunderstand, I love a good sex scene, but let’s face it, there are only so many ways to describe ‘insert your choice of sex act here’.
*What happens in the bathroom stays there thank you.
Well, if you’re still with me after all that, I’m impressed! If you’d like to contact me about writing together, here are some pairings I’d like to try. The roles in bold are the ones I wish to write.

This is just a quick list that will be updated and expanded as my cravings change. I’ve deliberately avoided including plots because I’d much rather collaborate with a potential partner and come up with something unique based on what we both like.
Please send me PM if you wish to discuss an RP rather than post here, as I likely won’t check this thread often. Also, don’t be shy to bring me your ideas even if they're completely different from mine. I’m quite sociable and not as demanding as my likes and dislikes may lead you to believe.
