Kat was the most spoiled girl in the city no one ever denied her what she wanted. She always found ways to get what she wanted, minipulation, threats, and her favorite with men teasing them. Every man she knew wanted her so she used that to her advantge.

Kat walked into shool wearing a black mini-skirt and a tight halter top aith 5-inch heels. Her outfit was against the school's dres code but of ourse she and her friends got some leaway. Her friends Maddie, who was wearing a tight red mini-dress with a thick black belt on the waist and3-inh heels, and Amber who was wearing a black and red shool girl outfit with 3-inch heels.

As they walked down the hall people moved out of the way creating room for all of the to pass. They stopped at Kat's locker and stayed there talking waiting for the bell.

Arriving to the school, Nathan looked up to the large and grand building. It was so unlike his other school just from first glances. He began to walk in and did not seem to notice many people. He just followed a slip of paper he was given the day before that had his classes and his locker as well as its combination. His locker was right next to Kat's. He had no idea who she was though, not knowing that she was one of the more popular girls in the school that most people left alone unless she came to them. He walked over and saw the girls and took no notice of them as he opened his locker and began to put the many textbooks he had been carrying in there as well as his backpack. He sighed as his arms were aching from such a heavy weight he had before and now he just had a small folder to pass him through the day. He'd get the books out for homework whenever he needed them.

Kat noticed Nathan when he got to his locker and it bothered her that he took no notice in her or her friends. She closed her locker and leaned on it lokking at him "Hey, your new here arn't you?" She knew the answer but it was the best way to start a conversation with new kids. Her friends leaned on the lockers next to hers and shewed away the kids who they belonged to.

When Nathan closed his locker as he finished, he heard Kat speak to him and ask him if he were actually the new kid at the school. He turned to look at her and her friends and noticed her friends shooing off kids and keeping them from going into their lockers for things they needed. His eyes narrowed slightly as he grew cautious. "Yes...Why do you ask?"

"I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Kat and this is Maddie and Amber" the girls waved as she introduced them to him. She smiled realiing that soon he would know who she was and would be like everyone else, giving her everything she wanted without question. "Did you move here or just change schools?" Maddie asked

Nathan looked to the two girls as they had been introduced and nodded in mildly friendly greeting to them. Looking back to Kat, he shrugged. "I just got here from a different school out of state. Was hoping not to start school midway through the first semester but whatever." He shrugged once more. "My name is Nathan by the way."

She smiled finally getting his name "Well Nathan welcome to my school" she said just before the bell rang. "I gues ill be seeing you" she said and turned around and walked to class with her friends. She wasn't in a rush like the other students, there was no need.

When the bell rang, Nathan reached into his pocket to see what classes he would take and in what order, as well as what room number they were. He began to walk around the school and eventually found his class, Kat's class, and walked in, greeted himself as the new student, and took a seat in the back behind Kat like the teacher instructed him to do so. "Oh...Hey there again." He said when he finally noticed her.

Onc she got to class she sat in her normal seat, in the middle of the room, with her friends on either side of her. When she saw Nathan come in she smiled, the more she talked to him the more he would be like everyone else. "Hey" she said turning around.

When Nathan heard Kat greet him, his head looked up and he saw her and smiled. "Oh. Hey again...Uh...Kat...was it?" He questioned as he seemed to have forgotten about her for the time between them being apart since their first meeting. "Interesting to see we'll be having classes together. Ha."

"Yea interesting" she said before turning around listening to the teacher. She may get what she wants but she earned her own grades, she never cheated when it came to school. She glanced at Nathan and something hit her, he didn't remeber her name just now. That never happened to her before everyone new or not always remembered her.

(sorry it took so long)

(Its fine :] )

When class was over with, Nathan yawned, tired still from the moving he did before that day and how boring class seemed to be. He stood up and picked up his things and made way for the door, not really noticing Kat as he walked by her to leave. He had no idea how stuck up she truly was.

When lunch came around Kat headed to the lunch room with her friends. There was a line, a long line she sighed and made her way to the front with her friends and got her food. No one protested what she did, she went to find a seat. When she found where she wanted to sit she shewed away whoever was sitting there and sat with her firends.

Nathan was sitting where she was shooing off people. Everyone left but him. He stayed and ate the school lunch of a simple hamburger with some tater tots. It wasn't bad. It was better than his old school anyway. He continued to eat even after hearing them shoo off people, not going to give up his seat just cause some other people wanted to sit where he was at.

What was happening this wasn't supposed to happen. everyone wa supposed to stay away from their seats after she told them to leave not keep coming back. Maddie tapped her shoulder and pointed out the problem, Nathan, Kat shok her head she really liked this guy but he was ruining everything she had built. "Nathan could you let me and my friends sit here" she said sweetly.

Nathan frowned to her when she asked him to move. "No." He said as he pointed out the large end of the table farther away on the entirely opposite side of where he was sitting. "There is a huge space down there for you to sit. I'm down here alone, trying to enjoy my meal. It was hard enough for me to find this seat. I'm not giving it up when you all can just sit down there."

She stared at him shocked and so did her friends "Well this is our table, the whole thing. You sitting here is making other people want to sit here too and that just wont slide. So what do you say... could you sit somewhere else..please" She smiled sweetly and looked him straight in the eye. It useually worked and she knew it would but she wasn't sure with this guy he was differant than the others.

"Sorry but no." He continued to eat slowly and speak after he finished off some bites. "I told you, I'm not moving cause you want the whole table to yourself. Thats just selfish and there are plenty of spots down there. You don't need an entire table just for yourself while other people start to stand and eat. I'm surprised the teachers let you do this."

"Of course they let us do that why wouldn't they? But that doesn't matter, this is our table it belongs to us and only us" she said begining to get angry. She put her food down harder than needed. This couldn't be happening, she was losing her athority in the school by the minute she had to think of something quick.

"Calm the hell down, Kat. Its just me at this table. Just finish your food and ignore me." He said more annoyed than ever and resumed eating, slowly finishing up his food and when he was finished, he put away the tray and walked out, never making eye contact with any of the girls as he left the cafeteria to go to his locker.

She watched as he left totally ignoring her she looked at her friends who just sat down and began eating. She went after him "Why couldn't you just move. It was our table not anyone elses espesially newbies"

When she approached him, Nathan turned to look at her with a frown. "Hmph. I figured we could have been friends but its obvious you're so uptight. You want to know why I didn't move? Because I've had to deal with what you're doing right now at my old school, though over there it was much worse. You're just a worm compared to what I'm used to. I'm not giving up any of my 'rights'..." He quoted this with his fingers, "...just cause you want to sit at a whole table that can seat eighteen people for you and three or four friends."
