Emilia smiled and nodded, her eyes wide and expressive as she listened to Professor Lupin explain a bit more about the lovely flower. She found the details rather fascinating and her admiration for the man grew even more that he took the time to learn about such things. She already found herself having a natural draw toward him, that much had proven true the moment she'd first seen him enter the Great Hall earlier that evening, and a bit late, for the Sorting. She'd sensed something about him and she knew it had to do with his research though she'd yet to prove that or ask about it as she figured she'd learn it in time eventually. But as the hours were passing, she was finding that she felt more drawn to him than she realized and it was the little things, like his desire to know the details about such things about Amaranth, that spoke to her. She liked that about his personality, that he noticed such things, cared about such things. It made her feel like she'd found someone she could relate to on several levels.
"Yes, Professor. I very much would." Emilia then leaned in a bit closer so that she smell the flower and suddenly she was able to smell its sweet perfume. It was indeed intoxicating, unlike anything she'd ever smelled before.
Emilia sniffed at the flower once again. Only when she did, she closed her eyes and breathed in deeply, letting out the breath slowly. She felt warm both inside an out as she let the scent permeate her nostrils. It was just so wonderful, so different. So... Her body felt even warmer, like she'd been wrapped up in a warm blanket.
Opening her eyes, Emilia looked over at Professor Lupin and smiled at him. "It's rather warm in here, isn't it, Professor?"
As Emilia looked at Professor Lupin, she took note of all his features, the angles of his face, the way his eyes were shaped. She found them all rather pleasing, soothing somehow. She wasn't quite sure why she hadn't noticed it before, then... she had, just... she'd been too nervous to allow herself to dwell on such things. Perhaps the change of venue was calming her nerves a bit. That and the fact that he believed in her and she now knew it.
"I was cold moments ago, but now I feel rather warm," Emilia giggled, her body growing warmer still. Finally, she rubbed her hands along her arms. As she did, tiny jolts ran across her flesh and she let out soft gasping sighs, her body moving and shifting a bit in response to the touch. She blushed a bit, embarrassed at what had just happened. "I..." she stammered, unsure of what to do or why she was reacting as she was. Wishing she could hide, she just giggled nervously and bit down on her lip.
