Xuchang, China. Late Han Dynasty, 180 AD. Early June

The Dynasty of Han, the greatest and most powerful Dynasty in Chinese history, was slowly dieing. Emperor Ling was steadily loosing his grip on the land. With the rise of Consort He as the new Empress due to her birthing of Ling's son Liu Bian and the rising taxes, the people were gradually starting to gather. A true rebellion would not spark for another four years. In preparation for that, Zhang Jiao and his two brothers began gathering men for what would soon be The Yellow Turban Rebellion. The end of the Han Dynasty was approaching.

Though it would not be the capitol for another sixteen years, Xuchang was a large and magnificent city. It was not even noon and hundreds of people were wandering, shopping and working. The late morning sun praised the land with warmth. The loud clanging of blacksmiths hitting iron to make all sorts of weapons, mixed with the music of different instrumentalists and talking of the masses.

In an inn named "Lóngwǔ" Or Dancing Dragon, he sits. He wears green combat robes fitting of a man in the middle class. His long blonde hair is up in a top bun and covered by a white hair wrap, which was a popular male hairstyle of the time. He wears a sword at his hip. His complexion was fair and he was blue of eye. He is s handsome, some might mistake him for a demi-god. Though he was obviously from a land for from China, he seemed accustomed to the rituals and language. He had a bowl of beef noodles, a plate with dumplings and steamed buns as well as a cup of hot tea. He ate joyfully.

As he occupied himself with the noodles, a large ugly man storms up to him. "Oi, Foreigner!" He growled in a vice befitting his appearance, "Yer the one who defeated my gang, yeah?" The 'young' man never even looks at the bandit leader. He takes a sip of tea before replying, "Yes I am."
Enraged, the bandit slams his curved meat cleaver of a sword down on the table, ruining the man's lunch. The man gently placed his tea back onto the table before standing.

The next thing the bandit knows, he is slammed out the window into the street. He is beaten and bloody. The man walks out slowly. His face is content as he looks down at the bandit.
"T' hell are you?" The bandit grunts.
"Zhuge Shi, I am called in this land." He answers. He lets the bandit off with a warning, and watches as the ugly man runs off. Shi sighs.

Lin sat in the family garden with a bamboo pen with ink and some paper. She looked up and repeated the pattern she saw onto the paper. Her mother thought her head was constantly in the clouds with her drawings, her father being a general of the emperors army did not think much of it.
Her hair fell loose of its tie, she sighed and set her pen down so she can fix her hair. Her eyes looked beyond the garden watching, seeing nothing of I.treat she looked back at the garden. She picked up the pen and finished the final strokes of her drawing. After she gathered all her items and headed into her home knowing it was near to start preperations for dinner.
