I am actually going to post two versions here, an original version and a version set in the Black Lagoon Universe.
Original Version:
based off my novel of the same name.
The year is 1969. As the summer began, man was ready to set sail towards a new frontier. Man's dream of space flight was ready to be realized.
But this is not that story.
At the same time, in Shinjuku and Ikebukoro districted of Tokyo, Japan were roaring with action. The Irish mafia known as The Crows of Morrigan have set up in Ikebukoro. Dealing in Pot, Guns and Geisha, these Irishman are Gentleman Gansters pulled right out of the 1930s, it seems. They do not deal drugs (They do not count Marijuana as a drug) and they treat their Geisha with respect, care and pay them reasonable salary, adding onto their hourly rate.
The story starts on July 16th, the same day that Apollo 11 lifts of towards the Moon and history. In an unassuming high rise, the boss of the Crows of Morrigan meet with the head of the Inomori-kai, a prominent Yakuza in the area, to negotiate an alliance. An alliance that would give strength and friendship to both organizations.
It is something that the Russian Mafia and other Yakuza family do not want......

Plot: Modern Day Roanapur; a new Mafia is slowly rising in power. They call themselves “The Crows of Morrigan”, named after the Irish Goddess of Death, The Morrigan. Lead by the carrismatic and intelligent Sean O’Herrow, this Irish Mafia is looking to ally itself with the Russian Hotel Moscow, the Chinese Triad as well as the Lagoon Company. But there are others, Namely the Italians who want to stop this alliance and stomp out the Irish presence in Roanapur.
Are you with the Crows’? Are you against them? Will Mr. Chang, Balalaika and Dutch accept Sean and his crows?
