I need help designing a siggy

I'm not really sure how to do it. But i would like a picture of a futa, preferably one i chose with some cursive writing of my name....but i have no earthly idea how to do this....any help would be greatly appreciated. Whether it be telling me how to do it myself, or if anyone simply likes to do them.
