Roleplay starters open to anyone?

Hi!
I'm new and I was wondering if there is a place to post starters that are free to reply to the first person who is interested, or even a thread where they can PM to reply of the such?

If not, I would suggest a section of BM designated for Starters only. I would image that there can be two kinds of threads that would be posted:
Thread A) A thread (much like a request thread) that solely posts starters which would then be replied to through PM or through the making of a new thread (one on one or multiples).
Thread B) A thread started with one sole starter that can be replied too directly on the thread (one on one or multiples).

Any thoughts?

There are 2 main sorts of RPs you can find here on the forums group-style and 1x1s. Group-styles are all self-contained in their designated sub-forums where you can advertise and coordinate as you need. With 1x1s, you advertise by posting a request in either the male or female request subforums. If you have a starter thread, just post it in the appropriate subforum (general, taboo, fanbase) and note that you've done so in your request thread in either male or female requests. Just make sure that once someone has 'responded' to such a thing, that you've somehow indicated that they've done so, so that others don't try to 'respond' as well. Occasionally new people can get confused.
