Drug use, criminal underworld, bdsm, seduction plot

I had an idea for a plot set in modern times with a few futuristic and dystopian elements to it. Your character will be either male or female and a generally average and straight-laced person with a strong moral code but an optimistic and naive worldview. Your character meets my character, a charismatic and seductive individual who is dark in tempting ways but an abuser and drug addict underneath. After a night hanging with him and his friends, he introduces your character to his world of crime and desperation and kinky sex. With a new drug on the streets that is spreading like wildfire and driving people insane and a criminal overlord who dominates the city from the inside and in the shadows, it becomes hard for your character to find your way home again. But after all that has happened and will happen, do you even want to go back anymore?
