A loud noise is heard in sherlock's room. A small explosion just took place, as sherlock expirements with rare ingredients. Being left with nothing but a blackened face and widened eyes, sherlock scraps his idea by pushing the beaker on the floor. It breaks.
"If i could only..."
He says looking at a long drape on the right side of his window. He raises his eyebrows and points his index finger up. As rushes to the drapes and ripes them down and starts ripping peices off. He slowly wraps each peice barrel of a gun that was in his room.
After several minutes, he picks up the gun, which now has several peices of cloth attached to the end of the barrel.
He points it at a wall and shoots. Cloth peices gets sent flying and he right ear rings.
"Silencing a gun with cloth. Void."

Irene just accepted he was a strange man and he would always have strange behavoir. His loneliness just caused it to become more clear once and a while. She just needed to find a way to keep him from being lonely... that was where she came in. Irene was to be his new companion and she would draw attention to him indeed.

The minute she got to 221 Baker Street, she was immediately sent up to a room by the pushy old woman. When she reached for the knob, the old lady nearly screamed. There had been a gun shot, "That bloody..." she muttered. Irene stopped the old woman, "Ma'm... do not worry about escorting me in... I understand Mr.Holmes is in this room. I shall go in myself." With that, she thanked the old woman and slipped into the dark room without warning. She closed the door behind her and turned around.

Holmes looked at her through a Magnifying glass. In his perspective she was very samll, and very far away.
In hers his eye was rather large.
"And who are.."
He moved the magnifying glass away from his face and threw it across the room and looked at the woman.
"...you!?"
He walked to a table and picked up a letter opener.

Her face turned bright red as she looked to him. "Oh, Holmes... if only you could understand..." she said looking towards him. She placed her things down. "I have merely came back... ever since I heard you have lacked championship since the absence of Watson." She walked forward slowly while looking at him. "It's been a while..." she smiled to him softly, "Do tell me... how have you been taking care of yourself? By the looks of it, you must have skipped a few meals... or missed a few nights of rest."

"6 nights to be exact!"
He quickly twirls around and rushes to a chalkboard.
"look, if the ecosystem of the..."
He continues mumbling scientific term while scribbling equations on the board.

Instantly, she walked up behind him and yanked the chalk from his hand. "Look, there is no possible way you're going to get outside if you stay in here and try to find the meaning of life." She placed a hand on his shoulder, "Please, Holmes... just listen to me..." she looked at him desperately.

He sighed.
"What is outside that needs me?"
He walks to the other side of the room, and quickly turns around.
"A case!? do we have a case?"
His eyes turn like a kid looking into a candy shop.

She tried to fight a smile. Could she lie? Would that be so wrong? He would be too upset with her if she did, right?

"Well, Holmes... actually yes... we do have a case..." she looked to him and then looked to the gun on the ground. She was doing the right thing. Looking back to him, she said, "It involves a few murders..."

"Murders! Oh my specialty!!!"
He twirls around almost flinging the clothes off of him till he is in his underwear, then putting on better clothes. He quickly does so then looks at her.
"Well then. Off we go!"
He says picking up his cane and hat.

She smiled weakly looking towards him and said, "Oh, but of course!" beaming, she grabbed her bag glad she managed to at least get him out of the house. "Let's go, then!" she said grinning to him and opening the door for him so he could walk through. "Sir, it's been so long for you, hasn't it?" she smirked slightly.
