Ms. Genevieve Leveque of dual nationality, French and British, born in France, and raised in England. She acquired her money, as she was quite wealthy, the old fashioned way, she grew up with it and inherited it. The Leveque's had made their money in the European railways back in the late 1800's. Of course, millions can turn into billions over time. Genevieve had an abnormal childhood one would suppose, being waited on hand and foot and always having things done for her. She entered the Sorbonne at 16 and studied art and history before getting her masters in Finance at Oxford by the time she was 23. She then received a phD at Harvard in the United States in Economics.
