Apple or Cookies and cream?

So I am debating between making an Apple Cordial or a Cookies and cream cordial. Which do you think would be a better idea for it? I will be using vodka to make it and possibly a little brandy, but due to brandy being very strong I will not be using much. Any opinions on the two would be wonderful. I plan to make both at some time, but only have 1 jar for it at the moment and will have to wait until I can buy another to do the other.

I feel like the apples would be better for that, to be honest. Apples apparently go good with brandy.
