in a different time, in a different place a princess ruled the realm with grace and beauty. her people loved and adored her, but there was one man that loved her above the rest. he was a knight, her knight, he swore to protect her at all cost. being so close to the princess he soon fell in love with her, and she returned his love. one day a evil entity invaded her kingdom, her army's fought long and hard to stop it but to no avail. the princess knew what she must do, she used her powers and vanquished the evil but this magic came with a heavy price, her own life. her knight, her lover felt so guilty that he was not powerful enough to save the princess's life his heart grew hard and cold. although there have been princesses after her he refused to even speak to them let alone protect them. but there is a small gleam of hope. it seems the princess has been reborn in our time, in our realm, hearing this news, he secretly performs a black ritual, allowing him to leap threw time but never return. sending the knight into the future to were the princess is. becomes to our realm to find out if it is really so, though he has his doubts especially when he does find her and she does not remember the past, of the time they spent together. now can the knights heart melt so he can bring back his princess so that they may once again be lover, or will he be to consumed with so much sadness and grief, that he wont even try?

-the the knight, slowly made his way threw the thicket of forest he had found himself in. the sun was high over head, it shining threw the leaves as it casted a green glow on the forest floor and him. shifting his rucksack to his other shoulder, the light armor he wore shined slightly in the glow. it consisted of a simple breast plate, a leather jacket under neath it all, shoulder, and bicept guards that wrapped around completely.
light vambraces on his forearm as he sported leather, finger less gloves.
thick leather pants covered his legs, a short sword in its scabbard hung from his waist. as his high top boots crunched as he stepped over leaved and dried twigs. he was still slightly disoriented from the magic he had the mages perform on him, but it was to late now to regret his decision. he nodded to him self as he looked back at the ground, having been caught in a daze from the sun, as minutes turned to hours, he soon found the forests fringe to be thinning. the light creeping threw the cracks as he emerged on the other side, a smooth paved road was soon in-front of him, to the left, it only lead deeper into the mountains, to his right, it sloped down wards to the city bellow. as he looked out on the view, his eyes widening as he was taken aback at the numerous amounts, of what he believed were castles all in one spot. he soon found his feet moving in there direction as if drawn by some other force, breaking out into a slight jog as his entire body seemed to teem with excitement, already wondering how long it would take to find her.-

She a woke that morning as she often did in a panic. The dreams she had been having lately were driving her mad. she would dream about being a princess and she was deeply in love with a man, however one day that was all shattered. she had tried to shake them off, however they were becoming more intense, more real. She climbed out of bed and went to her bathroom turning the shower to get hot. She quickly showered, dressed and dashed out the door. Her driver was waiting for her but waved him off saying she was walking to the office today.

She walked down the busy streets coffee in one hand, bag in the other. Her heels hitting the pavement as she walked. She was a beautiful young woman with long raven colored hair, slender figure, but she did have nice curves. Her eyes though were her most stunning feature, they were a vibrant purple.

-as he made his way threw the city, the residence of the land filled with towering castles looked at him. pointing and muttering, some of them pointing weird objects at him that he would find out later called "cell phones". the metal heels of his boots continued to make there clicking sounds on the stone floor, his head turning this way and that as his eyes widened staring up at the buildings. as he continued his aimless walk around the city, he soon found himself at a large square. a odd looking statue, of giant pillars protruded from the ground. heading up to the heavens in a spiral.-
"my god.... what is this thing?"
-walking closer to it as he tapped it with his finger, the metal being hallow, it let out a rich deep tone, startling him as he umped backward.his eyes wide as he looked at it stepping to the side as he slowly made his way around it.-
"this is a weird world ive walked into indeed...."

She did not want to go into the office today, it was to nice of a day. However her father was expecting her to come in for the board meeting. He had always planned on handing his company over to her one day so it was always important she knew the standing of his company. As she walked to work she heard some people laughing and muttering at the statue. With a wrinkled forehead she walked over to the small coward.

She saw a man standing there, and he looked like he was dropped from the renaissance festival or something. He had this confused look on his face, and she wondered if he perhaps was homeless, or had mental issues and needed help. "hello, do you need some help?"

-as he heard the voice of a person, he turned on his heels abruptly to look behind him. his eyes connecting with hers as his pupils widened. gulping a dry gulp, he looked at the women standing before him. her long raven hair cascaded down her body, her figure, curved in such a attractive manner she could have been mistaken for a model. but he payed no heed to theses thing... well maybe a little to her body, but her eyes are what caught him in her trance. the same dashing color, that same look of kindness seemed to flow threw from her into him as he slowly stood up straight. crossing his arm over his chest, as he knelt down in-front of her, bowing till his back was parallel to the ground. people around them, pointing and staring, other taking out there "cellphones" and taking pictures as a low murmurer could be heard, all of them drowned out by the knight in his head as the though of meeting his princess again-
"princess... ive come... im glad to see your well..." -his words coming out slow and heavy, chocking back his mixed emotions as he dared not look up at her, not wanting her to see the once brave and bold knight she called her own, crying silently to him self.-

she looked at the man now on his knees before her and she was taken back. Her first instinct was to back away however she saw how the people were reacting and she knew he was going to be mocked more for the way they were acting. She drew a deep breath and the slowly kneeled down in front of him. "Sir i do not know what you are speaking of, but why i don't i go get you a hot a meal and we can talk about it." She slowly helped the man to his feet and as she did the people saw there was nothing exciting left to see here so they left, leaving the two alone.

-as the knight looked up at her, he smiled kindly nodding at her. his senses still over whelmed with his emotions stood up straight. he was in evidently taller then she ways, quite possible around 5~6 inches more. lifting his hand up he laid it across his chest, bowing slightly as his dark, dirty blond hair fell over his face slightly, it being of a decent length it came down to around his ears.- "please... lead the way princess..." -standing up slowly, he looked back at her, a loving smile across his face. stepping closer to her, as he looked around. the crowd of people disappearing as they seemed to have lost interest in what ever it was that was keeping them here.-

She was glad to see the people leaving, no matter how strange he was no one should stare. She began to walk with him a little. "sir, please don't call me princess, my name is Aurora. And if you are searching for your princess, i would happy to help you, however I am not her" She kept her tone very kind. she was worried that this man could be mentally ill, or on drugs, either way she felt compelled to help him.

-the knight smiled as he looked at her, frowning slightly as he heard her speak. not call his rightful princess my her inherited name? what was this? but he merely sighed shrugging his shoulders, muttering slightly before speaking up- "as you wish... madam Aurora." -giving her a slightly bow he stood up tall and straight again, his hand grasping the handle of his ruck sack as he threw it over his shoulder. turning his head this way and that. he looked around a little before he looked back down at the woman who did not belive she was a princess.- "so were might we be going miss Aurora?" -tilting his head to the side, he looked at her face as he smiled kindly at her-

Aurora looked at him a moment and bit her lip. "No need to bow sir, and it is just Aurora" she began walking trying to figure out the best place to take him, she did not want to take him to the hospital because she was afraid they would lock him away, and he did not seem a danger to himself or others. "I umm...I umm have a guest house if you would like to stay there a few days." She did not know where that came from but she thought it was the best idea. "And i am sorry what is your name"

-the man nodded at her as he smiled, standing straight as he crossed his left arm over his chest once again to her.- "my name is Mara Makido. at your service ma-" -stooping abruptly as he bit his tongue,l remembering her request to not speak formally, he slightly relaxed himself as he calmed down. her personality was so different from that of the princess he had fallen in love with, but yet, this tugging st his heart strings would not stop. when ever he looked at her he felt both pain and happyness, as if his heart was flying out of his chest but yet it hurt for him to stare at her.-

"well it is nice to meet you" she smiled and let out a soft giggle as he caught himself from using any type of formality. "Well my home is not far" she said as she led the way back to her house. She was going to need to explain herself to her father for not showing up for the meeting but that she would worry about later. It was not long before the pair arrived at house, a large house, more room then one person needed, she opened the door and moved out of the way to let her guest in.

-as he stared at the large building, his eyes seemed to scan the structure its self rather then the astetic appeal of the building. he tilted his head as he looked up at the other floors, gently stroking his chin as he pondered a little. his feet moving on there own as he slowly walked into the house, his face turning from thinking to puzzlement as he cocked a eyebrow up and looked at the furnishings of the room. turning to face her he tilted his head to the side as he opened his mouth- "this is different... very...very different then what i would have imagined..."

Once he was inside she closed the door. She removed her coat and shoes. She thought it odd the way he was looking around like he had never seen furinature before. "What do mean?" She finally asked

"this room.... its small.... to be the entrance to a building in a time like this i would have expected it to have been... well bigger to be honest. in my time we have castles that stand hundreds of times the size of this building, with long grand halls that stretch hundreds of feet and even then, the hallways were just as long." -he looked over at her as he still gripped the strapping of his bag, his few pieces of armor seemed to shine in the light of the light-bulbs. smiling at her he he slowly let the bag onto the floor it giving off a little sound as the contents shifted.-

Aurora smiled softly and just shook her head. "well it does it job. Come on just set your things down and then i will make you something to eat" She bit her lip a little since he was sort of different she wondered if there was anything in her house that he would like to eat. So she figured she was ask to be on the safe side. "what do you like to eat?"

-the man looked at, her his eyes looking at the distress on her face, gently stepping over her. he bowed slightly in respect to her generous offer.- "pardon my rudeness..but.. to have a princess such as yourself do something such as pre-pair a meal for a man like me is just... it seems wrong madam..." -he stood again, smiling as he looked into her violet eyes. his facial expression relaxed and caring as he rested his hands in his hips-
