Okay, so, I'm trashing the old ad, and starting from scratch. I'm not going to put any specific plots up, because I'm looking for something in general right now.

I'm trying to find a good, literate, long-term roleplaying partner. This partner would, ideally, have several of the following qualities. The first thing I'd like is a generally clean writing style, from spelling to grammar. It's a quirk of mine, and yea, I may be a grammar fascist, but it's just a quirk of mine. I'm also looking for someone who's more than willing to offer stuff up. More than just someone who's going to follow an idea, just nod and go with it, I'm looking for someone who will look at an idea, and offer their own views on something. Another thing I'm looking for is someone who's willing to, at least in some capacities, play something other than a sub. Yes, I like them, primarily, but I like changing the tables on usual stuff.

As for the kind of stuff I like? Modern "supernatural" settings are a big love of mine. Jim Butcher, Laurell Hamilton, Sherrilyn Kenyon, True Blood, Buffy? Those are all things that grab my interest. Modern "realistic" scenes aren't catching my eye, honestly, but a good, solid plot can definitely sway me. Mysteries and suspense are definitely good ways to do that. Traditional fantasy and sci-fi also pique my interest, though I'm not going to have many ideas immediately ready.

So, if you're looking, and you're willing to give this a shot, feel free to drop me a line on my messengers. I'm usually on, or if I'm not, feel free to drop a message. Hope to hear from you all. Note, please, that I'm primarily looking for IM-based roleplays.

Still looking. I have a few general plot ideas, so if you want those, feel free to toss me a line for one or two of them.

Am feeling in a particularly dominant mood right now, but also seeking some literacy...

I seek the exact same things in my partners so I was happy to see that. I saw that you don't want a character that is a submissive, but would it be possible for the girl to not know that she desires that control from a man? I was thinking she could work somewhere (a business firm or something similar) and encounter a man there. He exhibits dominant tendencies and that piques her curiosity when she realizes that she likes it. Sensing that, the man starts getting a little more brazen (pulling hair, gripping her wrist, etc.) He helps her discover that she actually likes being dominated and he becomes possessive towards her.

Jeez, look how the time flies. Gonna boot this up again and see what it might get me.

I am somewhat looking for forum RPs right now, though I'm doing this with the caveat that I am not the most lenghty poster, and I do require a rather talkative partner.
