James looked out the window.
"You said they'd be here. I ordered three pizzas." he seemed unhappy, the slight scowl doing little to play down the handsomeness of is masculine features. Green eyes stared out under black hair that hung in badly-kept bangs. His body, one of a construction worker in his late teens or early twenties, was very masculine, contained within jeans and a white tee.

His brother, who sat inside, was nearly his opposite. A young man almost three or five years his junior, he was more feminine, subdued. The hair and eyes were similar, but his facial structure was softer. He wore a black tee and slacks, his legs kicking back and forth under the table as the sun set.
"I told you... They'll be here." Johnny said quietly.

Tiffany and Amy walked up to the door, Tiffany leading and Amy falling behind her sister. "You sure meeting up like this is a good idea Tiff?" The younger girl questions. "Sure Amy, these guys are cool. Don't worry about it. I've known Johnny a while now, you know. Besides, I doubt we'll do more than sit around and talk, maybe watch a movie or play a game or something for a few hours." Amy sighed softly, simply following along with her sister.

Tiffany, the older and more outgoing of the two sisters, strode up toward the door to ring the doorbell. Currently she sported a pair of jean shorts, a white tanktop with a somewhat low neck line, and a light grey light jacket over that left open at the front. Her brown hair was pulled back in a tail, and would normally reach around shoulder length if let out. Amy, the younger of the two, wore a pair of jean pants, and whatever shirt she had on was covered by a dark hoodie. Amy had the hood of it up at the moment, an old habit which usually happened when she was nervous or uncomfortable about something. Tiff turned slightly after ringing the bell, and tugged the hood from Amy's head to show off more than the bangs of her sister's long dark red hair. "Stop trying to hide Amy, be a little more open and friendly huh?" Both sisters had matching hazel eyes, and from the differences in the way they dressed and acted, it seemed to be the only indication they were related at all.

Johnny nearly knocked the chair down in his haste getting to the door, opening it with a wide grin that looked adorable on his boyish face. "Hey, ladies! Come on in!" he lead them inside, and James rose from the couch to greet them with a simple and gruff "Hello." Three pizza boxes sat on the table, and a stack of DVDs sat atop the television. The house wasn't all that well-furnished.

"Pops said we can use this house. It just plain won't sell, so it's our clubhouse now." Jimmy said. "Help yourselves to the pizza, if you like."

Tiffany smiles brightly as the door opens to see Johnny inside. "Hey Johnny! Meet my gloomy sister, Amy." Amy frowns slightly at that and lifts a hand, partly covered by her long hoodie sleeve in greeting. "She's kinda shy, so she probably won't talk for an hour." Tiff playfully nudges Amy, who just rolls her eyes a bit. Tiff wraps her arm around Amy's and leads her inside, looking around. "Not bad. A house all to yourselves huh? And pizza! See? Toldya this was a good idea Amy, free pizza! You can't argue against that." Amy sighs softly, though she does eye the pizza before letting her eyes drift to the larger guy on the couch. She stays next to her sister, remaining silent for the moment.

Tiffany smiles and pulls her sister over toward the pizza to pick up a piece and then smile over at James. "Hey, you must be.. James right? Johnny's talked about you a bit. I'm Tiffany, or just Tiff if you prefer. This is my sister Amy." Once again, Amy simply lifts a hand to give a half hearted wave.

The boys smiled, as James served them all.
"I was hoping she'd come along." Johnny said. "It's nice to meet you!"

James handed Tiffany her slices, then scratched the back of his head.
"Didn't think my little bro had it in him to find such gorgeous women."

"Bro! They're my friends. I didn't bring them here to get in their pants."

His brother shrugged, looking through the films.
"So, Bruce Willis or Mr. Cage?" he asked.

Tiffany smirked a bit at James' comment, while Amy just tucked herself more behind her sister. Eventually Amy's hood found its way up onto her head again, once more leaving just a few strands of her red hair visible at the front. Tiff giggles at Johnny's remark, giving a light shrug. "Well you never know, the night is still young." She said jokingly. She drags Amy over to look at the collection of movies. "Hmmm, well I know Amy likes Nick.. but I say Bruce." She would nudge at Amy gently then. "Unless you wanna finally speak up." Amy just shrugs her shoulders a bit, and takes a bite of her pizza slice.

Johnny smiled.
"I say Nick, then." he said, looking past Tiffany. James smiled, putting in National Treasure. Johnny walked past Tiffany and took Amy's hand, leading her back to the couch, which was big enough for all of them. James just looked at his watch.

Then the power went out, casting the room in sudden darkness and silence.

Tiff smirked as Johnny sided with Amy's preferred actor, giving her sister a look and saying softly. "I think someone likes you." Amy would blush lightly and give her sister a little glare. She flinched slightly when Johnny pulled her away from Tiffany, somewhat out of her comfort zone and over to the couch to sit with him. Her hands ball up inside her sleeves, scrunching the openings of them closed as she slumped onto the couch, her arms crossing over her belly. Tiff smiles and moves over to sit with James.

Both girls turn to watch the movie, Tiff taking a bite of her pizza slice, a bit of cheese slipping off and landing over her chest. She's about to reach to grab it when the tv, lights, and everything else suddenly shuts off. One of Amy's arms suddenly reaches for the nearest person, who was Johnny, to wrap around his arm for comfort. "What just happened..." Amy asked. "Power outage I guess." Tiff replied. "Any idea what's up, Johnny?"

Johnny gently hugged Amy, smiling a little to himself as his older brother took action.

"It's an outage." Jimmy said simply.
Jimmy wandered over to the window, the sound of something like a paint can being shaken resonating through the room. He pulled open the blinds, letting in a bare amount of moonlight. He clicked on the flashlight he'd been shaking, a little shake-to-power thing he kept in his pocket. He swore.

"What happened, bro?"

"Tree fell, and pulled a few with it. The road out is blocked - and the power lines with it. And since it took out the lines..."

"No telephone."

"Unless any of you had the presence of mind to bring a cell..."

There was a pause as Johnny shook his head, and a light pap as Jimmy realized, no, he had left his behind as well.

"Ladies?" he asked, for once not in control of the situation.

Amy huddled up against Johnny slightly. She hated pitch black darkness. Tiff gets up and watches James as he moves over to the window and gets out his flashlight. Amy shakes her head on the question of cell phones, having left hers behind. Tiff grins and pulls her out, holding it up as she turns it on. "I've got mine. I guess it's up to me to save the day." She giggles and looks at the screen, getting ready to dial a number, until something flashes in the corner.. the battery indicator was on empty, and a moment later the phone shut itself down. "Damn! I should have remembered to charge it.... Sorry, guess that was a false hope..." She sighs softly, while Amy hands her head, shaking it slightly. "Would have been a good idea sis..." Tiff sighs and looks around. "Well.. now what? The road's blocked, power's out. Probably the same for all the other houses.. Do we just wait until someone can report it and send someone to move the tree?"

Johnny grasped Amy's hand.
"Well... yeah." James said. "Oh, wait! I know. Wait here." he dashed into the back of the house, coming back with a huge crate, which he opened.

Candles. long, thick ones, which he set up on the table and the television, even a few on the floor, lighting them with care. "I forgot about these. There's even some matresses back there, and some linens. The only problem is what to do while we wait..." he frowned.

Tiff plops herself back onto the couch, next to Amy, leaning her head on her younger sister's shoulder. "Yeah, what to do.. no movies now. Got any games?" Amy looked down at her sister's face, then over to the pizza boxes. "Do.. you keep food here? Anything in the fridge or freezer might go bad..." Tiff blinked a bit at that and nodded some. "Yeah... Oh! You have any ice cream? We should eat it before it melts, if you do!" She giggles a bit, Amy just shaking her head at her sister. "What? It's a perfectly logical reason! We have to save it by enjoying it before it all melts." Amy sighs and prods at Tiff's thigh. "Such a fatty, Tiff." To which Tiff replied with an exaggerated gasp. "I am not! But you could use some more meat on your bones." Tiff's hand would slide under Amy to pinch at her backside, causing the younger girl to jump slightly.

Amy glared at her sister then looks back to the guys. "I think the topic was what to do... So, DO you have any games?" Tiff smiled and just leaned against Amy a bit as they sat on the couch, looking between the two boys, hoping their answer would be yes.

James smiled, plopping a deck of cards onto the table.
"Blackjack is easy enough to learn." he said, but Johnny sighed.

"There's nothing to bet, though." he said. "Or at least, nothing to lose." he said.

James frowned.
"I know what you mean." he said, picking up a pair of scissors from the table to put them away.

Johnny smirked.
"Wait, I know." he said quietly.

"You can't be serious." James said.

"We did it when we were bored that one time..."

"I know, but I'm not about to ask these girls to cut their clothes off then they lose a hand..."

Tiff raises a brow as a deck of cards is brought out. "Oh, cards. Those are always fun... although..." She looks to Johnny and nods. "Yeah, exactly.. Nothing to bet makes it kinda dull." The two sisters listen to the guys as they talk, Tiff's eyes going to the scissors and her brow raises again. "Cutting clothes for a lost hand?" She grins a bit as she thinks about it. "That actually sounds kinda fun. Risky, but fun. Count us in!" She giggles, seeming to speak for the both of them. Amy's eyes go wide though as she stares at her sister with her mouth open. "What?! Hell no! Are you crazy? You want to get our clothes ruined? I'm not getting my clothes cut up in front of guys." Tiff laughs a bit. "Oh come on, live a little Amy." Amy frowns, shaking her head. "These are the only clothes we have Tiff, and you want to end up getting them ruined? What happens when it's time to go back home? I'm not risking going home naked."

Tiff looked at Amy with a little fake pout. "Awww.. is Amy too chicken? Can't risk showing a little skin, that probably hasn't seen the sun in ages." Amy glares back at her sister. "It's stupid... I'm not gonna do that. This is my favorite hoodie anyway..." She seems to snug into that hoodie a bit more at that statement. "So take it off." Tiff tells her. Amy shakes her head and just hugs her arms over herself on the couch. "Uugh, Amy you're such a baby. I'll buy you a new hoodie. I'll buy you a whole new outfit, come on. It's gonna be boring just sitting here doing nothing." Tiffany looks to the guys, hoping they might say something to help convince Amy.

"Tell you what." Johnny says. "We'll play in teams. Girls and boys - one hand for each team. Losing team alternates between players to do the penalty. And it won't be a whole item at once - one seam." he says. "On a hoodie, that's six cuts - both sides of the sleeves, both sides of the... side. So that's... twelve hands, just for your top." he said. "And, you have a head start anyway." he smiled. "We'll play until everyone is naked, or until everyone bows out. If a team's eliminated, the remainder will play against one another." he said with a grin. "Plus, it's real dark - we might not see anything anyway."

Tiff grins at Amy. "See? Not so bad. We might have them both naked before they even get our tops off. We do have the advantage of more clothes, unless the boys have a habit of wearing bras too." She chuckles and looks over her sister's hoodie. "I don't agree on the cuts though. I say one cut on either sleeve for tops. One strap for tanks or bras. Then a cut at the front of any top after the sleeves. And for the hoodie... include the hood too. Cut right down the middle of that so she can't hide anymore." Amy glares at her sister, who smirks back at her. "After the sleeves if you prefer, Amy."

Amy still shakes her head, refusing. "I still don't want my clothes ruined..." Tiffany sighs and shakes her head. "Oh come on! I doubt we'll be the ones to end up naked. And if you really don't like it, you can drop out after a few losses... But who knows, you might find you like it. Just try?" Amy gives her sister a look, still seeming to hesitate.. Tiff frowns and almost tackles Amy, her hands slipping under the hoodie to start tickling at her sides, making the younger girl yelp and squirm, then start to laugh. "Say yes! Say you'll do it!" Amy thrashes a bit, laughing uncontrollably then cries out. "Fine! Okay, I'll do it, just stooop!" Tiff moves away, victorious. She smirks at the guys and nods. "Well, now that we're all in, let's play!" Amy pants softly, catching her breath, a little red in the face. She slaps lightly at Tiff's shoulder, who just grins back at her.

James shuffled, seven times, then tossed out four cards, two faceup, two face down, one of each for both of them.

The boys had a king up - the girls, an ace. "We will take turns being the 'dealer'. The 'player' is the one who hits or stays. Girls, you're the player this turn. Aces can be one or eleven, goal is to hit 21 without going over - face cards are ten each. We'll count blackjacks - an ace and a face - as doubles. You can look at your down card, if you want. What'll your move be?"

Both of them listen intently to the instructions. Tiff nods and picks up the down card to look at it, showing it to Amy as well. It was a five of hearts. Tiff bites her lower lip a bit, looking at the ace they had up. It could be eleven, or a one, so there was less risk in hitting for the moment. "Hit." She says. Amy watches carefully to see what would happen.

The boys smile, looking at their card - another ace. James sent them another card - a third face. This lead to a score of 16 for them, most inconvenient. The boys leaned back. "Hit or stay?" he asked.

The two girls looked at the new card, and Tiff considered the options. They already had sixteen to begin with, and with the face card, the five, and the ace as a one, it left them back at sixteen again. She sighs a bit and looks back at Amy, who nods at her. "Hit." Tiff says again.

A four of spades, leading them to twenty.

"I really don't think you should hit again." Johnny said with a chuckle.

Both girls look at the card and nod in agreement. Tiff smirks at the boys. "Yeah, we'll stay this time. Let's see if you can beat it." She looks at Amy and tugs her down from the couch to sit on the floor with the guys and the cards.

The boys smiled as they flipped the card. "Blackjack." James says. "Two snips, ladies." he said gently. "Unless you'd rather bow out and leave your sister on her lonesome with two handsome young men?" he added, Johnny laughing a little.

Both girls' jaws drop in shock as they eye the blackjack before them. Amy frowns deeply, Tiff just sighing a bit. "Not off to a good start, are we Amy? Oh well." She reaches to grab the scissors and turns to grab Amy's left arm, the closest one to her. Amy whines softly as Tiff slips the scissors into the opening of the hoodie sleeve and slowly cuts up along her arm to her shoulder, leaving her arm bare. Judging by the lack of any shirt sleeves on her now bare arm, it would seem that Amy was also probably wearing a tanktop or some kind of sleeveless shirt under her hoodie.

Tiff pulls off her light jacket, figuring it would help even the playing field a bit, and actually not wanting to ruin it. She lifts the scissors to her right shoulder and cuts through the shoulder strap of her tanktop, revealing the red strap of the bra under it.

"So, our deal then?" She would reach to pick up the cards and shuffle them, then deal out the four cards, one up, one down for each. The girls' up card was a six, and the guys had a queen. Tiff looks at their face down card, seeing a two, which put them at eight total.

He frowned, looking at his face-down card. Another face...

"We'll be staying." Johnny said quietly. James nodded.
