'We have all been taught that we are all the same. Created from the same mold and with the same abilities and skills. We are all 'his' children, we are all human. But what if, for instance, what -if- we were not all the same. What if some of us were born different..with abilities not really quite so human. What if, for example, you were to suddenly say..move an object without a touch? Or read a thought of a friend without them talking. Well, that, my child, is where Cross Academy for Gifted Beings comes into play; Or just Cross Academy, for short. We are the premier academy for the protection and tutelage of those children, and adults, with powers and abilities not altogether human. Thank you for reading, and we hope to see you soon.
Alexander C. Cross, Headmaster, Cross Academy.'

This is, in short, a complete and total rip-off of X-Men's Academy. I just wanted to try a few things X-Men would not allow.
For a start, this is a modern-day RP about ever-day people learning they have special powers. So..firstly..
Rule One: All characters must have a face claim; That is, singer, songwriter, actor or actress, athlete. A person we know from the public eye, you, a friend..-- You get the point. It must, however, be an actual person, not a painting, not a drawing, not art, not anime.
Rule Two: The usual really. Let's just shove them all in. Be nice, no godmodding, powerplaying, cheating of any kind. Ya-da ya-da ya-da.
Rule Three: Your character is, other than certain character's described later, a fresh 'Super' [A person with superpowers] and as such has little knowledge on using these powers, they are to learn them through the RP; That's the fun in it. Running field training, learning to use your powers fighting villains and evil-doers!
Rule Four, and final: Must say it..uggggh. HAVE FUN! *Giant cheesy smile of cheez*

There will be a number of ranks in this roleplay, and anyone willing can play a number of teachers, team leaders, students, or even the powerful headmaster, Alexander C. Cross himself. These go something like this.
Star power is, in short, the power of the person in question. It is a graph system based on strength, speed, intelligence, power control, energy control, and finally unlocked potential. These seven feats are scored to note how powerful a person is. 1 being barely stronger than a normal human, whilst ten is somewhere along the lines of Superman; Almost unstoppable.

Powers: Technopathy, Telepathy
Star Power: 8-10

And that's how you do it!
Now. The other important feature of this RP, the dorm system. Cross Academy is made up of the staff and three dorm room, each dorm handling certain children and these dorms themselves consisting of numerous teams of children, each with a single mentor; A teacher or graduate with control of their power. These dorms are..
---
Boreas Green: Boreas Green, or simply Boreas dorm to it's students, is the lowest of the three dorms. This dorm happens to be the one where all of the 'other' children go; Those with powers best designed for support, or those who cannot fully control their powers, or perhaps those with issues stopping them from controlling themselves in a fight. Though, that is not to say they are weak; Cross himself was originally in Boreas dorm himself, having been weak of mind and body and as such not suited for the others. They are, however, known to be extremely courageous in their powers, they may not have perfect skill, but they won't just go down easily.
Eurus Blue: Eurus dorm is the middle ground. They not only have the most average students, they also have the most average test scores and power-control compared to the other dorms. Generally a student needs some form of skill or high intelligence to place in this group.
Zephyr White: Zephyr white is the pinacle of the schools skill and power, the personal students of Cross himself. These students are skilled, intelligent and knowledgable and generally make the best superhero's..or villains, should they go that way.
