Pathfinder/D&D 3.5 roleplayers

I'm a pretty big fantasy gamer myself, so I was wondering how many people here are into Dungeons and Dragons or Piazo's Pathfinder? They are both barrels of fun and very similar types of games, thanks to Pathfinder being born out of the the 3.5 system when D&D moved on to 4th Edition.

I played a few Pathfinder campaigns. Rise of the Runeboards. Curse of the Crimson Throne was great until some idiot screwed it up for the whole group.

Pathfinder broke the Druids power, made Fighters even worse, nerfed some save or die spells while keeping wizards at the top of the food chain and created so many feat chains that it's just insane.

Otherwise a fun system.

I've played it but did a hack job on the class/level system. And I like to break some fantasy cliches. Like orcs have to be evil. Earthdawn's Barsaive is more to my liking.

I'd counter with the fact that Planescape can subvert just about any cliche it wants But I'll have to look into that system, I've never heard of it before.
