Hello ladies. Welcome.
I have a few specific romance plots that I'd like to do. I prefer modern times, though am willing to modify the plots if someone wants a different timeframe.
The first idea involves a woman, say from England, who is about to be forced into an arranged marriage. She, having been forced a life she never wanted, steals some money from her wealthy father and runs away to the states in an attempt to live a free life. Once her father finds out what she did he obviously sends men after her to bring her back. My character would be a man she meets once she is in the states, and depending on how things go, ends up traveling with her while she runs, and tries to see everything before she's forced to go home and marry a man she's never met.
I'll update the thread later with some of my other plot ideas. Right now it's time to go work.
