The sun was shining and it seemed to be a wonderful day. The country of Emmeria had seen no problems even after the Ulysses 1994XF04 Asteroid. To the people on the Emmerian side all they had seen was shooting stars as it passed over them and landed in the neighboring country of Estovokia. They had gotten it much worse with a high death toll, their government collapsing and falling to a military government. Had the Emmerian government aided the creation of the Stonehenge project then perhaps things might of turned out differently.

Back In Gracemeria the day seemed like any other day, good weather forecasted for the day and nothing seemed to be of any trouble to a small little farm outside the city limits of Gracemeria. Suddenly rockets flew over head before dissapearing over the horizon where the city would be after a few minutes someone had come out side shouting. "The Bridge, They took out King's Bridge!" It wasn't long until tanks and troop carriers started to roll down the road. Toscha got out of the jeep and looked around as he checked his rifle. "Spread out, get those people back inside." The other soldiers nodded and started to crowd the people back into their houses. Toscha nodded and laughed abit. "Soon Gracemeria will be ours."

Saturday, now there was a day that could never be ignored. A day where you didn't have people bickering at you and no work to do. Just laze about and enjoy the day as it slowly went by. Plus the fact that it had now become summer only made this Saturday even better. In the Leto's darkened room the soft sounds of dog's feet were softly heard plotting on the floor before jumping into his master's bed and licking Leto on the face. "All right all right im up, gah!" He sighed and yawned and stretched before sitting up and throwing the blankets off of him and onto the bed. "All right Shadow lets get you some food." He smiled and ran his hands over the husky's muzzle and pulled on his p.j pants and a white tee-shirt. Leto knew he had to get up and at least start the days chores, feed the animals and then he could relax.

It was a slow morning. The air was fresh and crisp, one of the best days to catch up on all the farm work around the house. Sydney smiled as she heard the beeping from the living room and quickly rushed into her kitchen. She opened the oven as a smell of warm muffins hit her face. She smiled as she laid them neatly on a plate before walking through the house, to the bottom of the stairs. She smiled as she saw Leto already coming down the stairs, Shadow at his side. "I assume your sisters have yet to wake up?" She sighed. She loved her daughters but ever since their father died, they had began to slack off from wanting to do any work around the house. "Alexia, Sophie and Lenna, up now! We have a busy day!" She yelled up the stairs.

------

Alexia groaned as she rolled over in her bed. She hated hearing her mothers voice in the morning. Alexia was the oldest of her sisters (23), but a year younger than her bother. She was more of the outgoing, girly type who rather go out looking for boys than work with horses, pigs and cows all day. She sat up, the covering falling from her chest, revealing she slept in the nude. She threw her legs over the side of her bed, taking a nice stretch before making her way towards the closet. She threw on a tight, green top with a pair of short brown pants, choosing to leave her dirty blond hair down today. "Coming mom." She shouted as she exited her room, only to bump into Sophie.

------

Sophie gasped as her sister suddenly came out of her room, crashing into her. "Sorry sis." She smiled, hoping it wouldn't upset her. Sophie was the youngest of the family and the innocent one. She was only 19, home schooled and never had much interaction with a boy outside their own brother. She dawned a simple red shirt and blue jeans complete with working boots. She was a hard worker outside of her mother and brother. She wanted to try and live up to what their father had left behind. Her and Alexia started to make their way downstairs, turning into the kitchen and finding Lenna was already down there.

------

Lenna was the second eldest, she was 22 years old. She looked up from her book she was reading as her two sisters made their way into the kitchen. "About time you girls got down here." Closing her book. Lenna was the smart girl out of them. She always dressed up in nice slacks and a blouse, her dark hair cut short and cute glasses sat upon her nose. She was kinda like their boss, telling them how to do things. She didn't do the dirty work but she did everything else around the house from bills to medical issues.

Finally Sydney's family was together, they started to eat breakfast not knowing that their life was about to change for the worse.

Toscha looked at the road map then to his driver. "Up there along the hill, a small house, Lets go and see just who is living up there. The soldiers nodded and some got back into their jeep. Toscha got back in and they drove up the road. He checked his watch for a second before sitting back and enjoying the ride noticing the people mostly obeying orders from the Estovokian soldiers. The Jeep pulled up and the soldiers got out. He made a motion with his hand for his soldiers to wait outside. Some of them looked at Toscha while others walked around the house. Toscha waited outside and watched his soldiers. He turned down his radio for a second as it was starting to bother him. He walked up to the door and knocked on it. It was true that the enmy was on their front doorstep.

Leto then thought about it for a second and looked at Shadow. "Oh sorry boy come on lets let you go out back for morning bathroom. Sorry boy." He laughed and grabbed his shoes and slipped them on and headed to the back yard and let Shadow go and head out" Once shadow was done with his morning bathroom break he trotted back over to Leto and barked. Leto laughed and just patted him on the head. "Well time for breakfast so go lay down." He walked back through the sliding glass door and to the living room and sat down watching the news as he always did. He stopped when he heard the knocking on the door. "Wonder who that could be

Sydney had ran upstairs after everyone ate to get her shower. She was going to have a busy day of cleaning the house and preparing dinner. She wanted to have a giant feast for her children tonight, it was the anniversary of her husband death. She stripped herself of all her clothing before slipping into a warm shower to loosen any stiff muscles.

-----

Sophie went out first to start her chores. She told her family goodbye as she went out the front door and made her way out towards the barn where the horses were held. She smiled as she opened the door and was greeted with their two horses. One of the horses was a large, tan female named Swift. Swift was Alexia's prized horse who had won many awards at local shows. And the other was a very large male stallion. His coat was pure black and it shined under any light. His name was Kujan, he was Sophie's horse. "Good morning, Kujan." She grinned as she walked over to him and wrapped her hands around his neck. He snorted in response happy to see him.

-----

Lenna on the other hand went into the living and started to sort out the family bills. Being from a poorer family, they relied heavily on the cow milk. They were one of the few family who produced milk from very healthy cows. She huffed as she went to work calculating what they owed and how much they had brought in, in the past month. While she was at work, she heard a strange sound coming from the distance. She quickly got up and saw a cloud of dust heading in their direction.. "Now what could this be?" She thought loudly.

-----

Alexia was the last one to get up. She was busy at the table, trying to waste time before she had to go out and start milking the cows. What can she say? She was a procrastinator. She had just stood up from her seat when she heard a knock at the door? "Who the hell would be here this early?" She said as she huffed and made he way to the front door, only to open and be greeted with a man dressed as a solider...

Toscha walked in and was followed by a few soldiers who said something in a different language. Toscha nodded and they moved around the house. "As you can tell M'am as of right now your government is no more and ours is in control of this country. Now our soldiers will be here for some time and I was wondering if I could set up my and my men's camp here on this nice farm land." Toscha looked Sydney over before going on. "It would be a welcomed change instead of some barracks to enjoy a nice relaxing spot right here. So now if you wouldn't mind bringing your family down and telling them as well."

The soldiers walked around the house to make sure that no one was waiting to ambush them as they started to secure the house, a few others walked in and looked at Leto and Alexia and Leena and Sydney before ushering them into the living room and forcing them to the couch. but before they did that they took Leto aside and searched him for any weapons. Toscha looked at the dog who was growing at him before Leto quickly grabbed Shadow to calm him down before the soldiers did anything.

Toscha looked around the house looking at Pictures of the girls and Leto. it seemed like their was no picture of a father or any father figure. the only male was leto and he would be able to keep controled. Iliya walked up over to Toscha and said something to him and waited for his orders while his soldiers were first sweeping the downstairs rooms.

One of the soldiers came in from outside hauling Sophie in.
