Supprise out of nowhere (Dan x Erel)

Leo was already halfway on the way home, though it still would take a few hours to get there. He yawned widely and stretched his arms. Man, he needed to rest. He remembered the storied other peopple at the training center told him about some elves kidnapping peopple. He only laughed it off, there was no way souch things could exsist. Elves only belonged to the kid's books... right? That's what he thought. He had always been carefree but serious if the need arose. For now, he had nothing to worry about.

After a moment, his eyes were simply falling shut. So, to prevent himself form doing this, he slapped himself on the cheek to wake up a bit. Anyone who might see this may find it amusing as it may seem.

Ere watched the man quietly her silver eyes following him as he walked through the forest. She frowned well aware her brothers had traps out for the humans, she followed him so she could rescue him before her brothers found him. She giggled a bit to herself as he slapped himself she crept closer if he fell asleep her brothers would surely find him. Ere ducked behind the tree in case he turned around her silver white hair glowing in the low light of the forest. If he had spotted her she was wearing a white camisk and a matching silk skirt that fell in ribbons of fabric it stood out against her dark skin.

Leo yawned sleepily once again. To counter it, he moved his hands over his head and scratched his head furiously enough to hurt. He knew very well that pain was the best thing to counter sleepiness with, and therefore did various of things to keep himself from falling asleep. Soon howeve he thought he heard some noises from behind him. He turned his head to look over his shoulder, but saw nothing except something white showing slightly out of a corner of a tree. He figured it was his imagination playing tricks on him. With a shrug, he turned back to look at where he was going and almost tripped over on a root sticking out of the ground. It bothered him, and once he regained his balance, he turned and kicked the root once. "Aargh... even this place doesn't want me to stay awake.." He muttered under his breath as he continued walking. Though he didn't get any peace for too long since unknown to him he set off a trap that knocked out the person or thing that stepped into it. He stepped on a branch that he thought was normal, but then very soon he got a hard hit onto his head. With that, he fell down to the ground unconsious.

Ere watched him a bit longer her eyes missing nothing, this one was in trouble, when in the forest you had to be alert or you would be hurt and he was defiantly not alert.She gasped softly when he stumbled and giggled silently at his muttered comment. Ere followed him a bit longer then deciding she could no longer stay silent she shouted " wait don't step" just as he stepped on the branch. She ran forward and looked him over looking around for her brothers. She sighed and quickly knelt down to try and wake him, she held smelling salt under his nose and started praying softly to Ellistraee in the drow tongue and then repeating it in the common tongue in case he could hear her.

She checked over his head as she prayed and reached into her hip pouch for a bandage in case she needed it.

Leo was not left alone for too long, and the smelling salts already were itching his nose. It didn't take much longer before he started showing sings of waking up. A soft female voice rang in his ears. It sounded soothing, calm.. but the smell in his nose was something else. He regaines his conciousnes and moved up his hand to his nose, scratching it. He then got a hold on the words he was hearing, but they vanished soon. He then opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was a dark figure near him. His vision was still to blur to tell if te figure was male or female, but counting in the womans voice he just heard he thought that the figure was a she. He attempted to sit up, and eventually got up. There was a slightly bleeding mark in the back of his hea but nothing big. He then turned to look at this dark, white haired person. "Hey.. Sorry to be rude, but who are you?" He asked. His vision was still a little blur but it was getting better. By now he already saw the person's features better, and her dark skin. He thought it was just another black woman that were around somewhere, not aware of her actually being an elf.

Ere looked him over and held out a patch of gauze for his head, her huge looking Silver eyes locked in his face. She leaned in close her face inches from his." My name is Ere but unless you want to get us both in trouble we need to move and now. " Just as she said that she heard the footsteps of her older brothers. " Please we must hurry! " At this she darted away leaving him behind as she hid behind a tree. She watched as her brothers got closer and darted back trying to encourage him to move.

Leo normally would've simply said thanks and bye but not this time. His vision finally got clear but he still didn't think of her as any diffarent, other than her amazingly bright white hair. When he heard Ere say something about trouble, he quickly shook his head and stood up as if nothing had happened. He looked around himself but didn't hear anything at first, but then some footsteps rang in his ears. He looked at Ere with a serious face and nodded at her, following her where ever she was leading him to. "Hopefully they wont know about us..." He said with a voice just loud enough for Ere to hear.

Ere grabbed his hand pulling him along with her dodging the traps her brothers had set for unsuspecting travelers and shaking so much she was having a hard time being able to speak. If Pharaun, Rizzen and Malaggar found them, then he would be dead and she would be punished by the matron again for helping the commoners.She really did not wish yet another night in the dungeon watching them kill the very one's she had been trying to save. She let go of his hand and ducked into a small cavern " Come on in here, we'll be safe here." she said . the cavern was where she usually hid in where no one could find them. The cavern had a small spring and a bit of natural light as well as a torch inside. She quickly diffused the torch so the brothers would not see them even if they found the cavern.
