Bellethiel:
Bellethiel felt in a state of panic. The Forest around her was cold, dark and lonely. She sensed danger in the air, and her wild eyes sought her companions.
She had wandered from them at the prospect of gathering herbs near a small stream.
Wonderful herbs.
Stupid herbs!
Now she was lost, in dangerous territory.
The place was filled with enemies. Drows. Orcs. Dragons. Those who fought for land and wealth. Those who would not hesitate to break her in half.
She shuddered, delicate frame stiff with the thought of the atrocities of war.
Her own people were very peaceful, and sought only to live off of what the forest provided them.
Maybe because of that, she hadn't been trained to fend for herself.
A branch of a nearby tree caught in her long reddish brown hair, causing her to yelp and struggle, dropping her basket.
