Organizations have been created in each country to fight these beings of darkness.
Red is the major government funded organization. Trainging people to fight anything paranormal. Each agent is sent to a diffrent division,based on skills. Jade Maxwell, the top agent in the vampire hunting division. A young brunette, in her early 20s. Has a major score to settle, since her parents were killed, by vampires.
