katie had just bought her first house since leaving her parents home. she was almost finsihed unpacking,the furniture already set up. curtains hanging from the windows,the boxes almost gone. She opened a box of stuff her decesed grandmother gave her. In it,she found a strange amulet ,that her grandmother gave her. she was a little girl,when her grandmother told her that this amulet holds a demon, tht can grant your every wish. katie just laughed to herself.'a bunch of hocus pocus.' she muutered to herself,gently rubbing the amulet,until it stared to glow red.

It had been a long time since Ko'lith had felt the pull of the amulet he had been bound to, but he still knew the feel of it's magic calling him forth to the mortal realm. He didn't particularly want to go, having been as free of it as he could be for the best part of a century, but the magic ensured he went, whether he liked it or not, and it was rare he liked to be summoned. He appeared behind this young girl, who was staring at the amulet's red glow, and he smirked. "You summoned me. Do not waste my time with petty drivel or excuses. What is it you want?" he says with irritation, "Just because I am immortal does not mean I have all day."

Katie stared at the amulet,until she heard a male voice behind her. making her jump,and turn around, behind her was a slightly handsome male,more hamdsome than any man she had seen. She looked at the amulet,as it finsihded glowing,then at him. "Where did you come from,are you and intruder."She asked,looking for a weapon to fend for herself. 'listen mister,if you want money take it, I have plenty. i rather not get raped,in a house i just moved into thank you very much.' katie said.

Laughing a bit, Ko'lith just shook his head, changing his form back to his natural appearance, a dark skinned figure of 8 feet in height. "I am no intruder. I reside within that amulet you so nicely rubbed. The only catch to my excursion outside of it's crystal is that I must now grant you what you wish. Like most though, you would like proof of my powers? And not just of an illusion in front of you?"

katie screamed seeing the man in front of her,turning into an 8 foot tall black thing. She stepped back,tripping over a box,and falling on the floor. looking up a little scared. 'No this cant be happening , i must be dreaming i think I need to wake up now.' she said,closing her eyes,then opning them. She saw the demon again. 'fine I wish to be able to summon sprits to get back at anyone who did me wrong.' she said.

Laughing and shaking his head a bit, Ko'lith smirked to her, "I can't grant you powers over the dead." he says as he waves his hands in front of her, the floor suddenly covered in jewelry and valuable crystals, "Wealth. Yes, that is all real. But if you really want to get back at people, I have another way." he says, his grin.

Katie gasped when she saw the jewls,was this for real. "what do you mean, another way.' she asked,iwth a curiousity, that could kill a thousand cats. She grabbed the amulet,and looked at it. 'this thing has been in my family for years, does that mean you have been following my family for years?'she asked.
