It had been two years since they were together, and Slade couldn't believe it. A two full years of ups and downs, unforgettable memories, and unforgetable nights. In earnest, he didn't think it would last, between his personality, and his secret. Being that close to a woman, and not let that slip, and what's more, not 'take' her, that was a feat by anyone's count. Two whole years, no -major- slip ups, and mostly good times. And today was their aniverssery. To him, a big day.

Waiting in his spacious home, not too big, but well enough for a guy living by himself. Well, not anymore. Slade, in his mid twenties, well built, strong, and by all accounts handsome, waited for his lover to finally come, and move in. After two years, they finally felt it was time for her to live with him, and to be together, which....Was a lot bigger for him than her. It meant he trusted her enough, and felt that she was ready to know the truth. More than that, become apart of it. He -had- waited two years, unchallenged, rightfully, she was his, to take, to mark. To make kin. And more. Hoping, wishing she'd be okay, and accept it, he waited for her to come over in the evening, many events planned for the night, not the least of which were many intimicies.

It had been two years since the day Jaci told yes to Slade to that date, it had been disastrous they were both so nervous. After that they just hooked together as if the bad first date never happened. She was happy with him happier then she had been in a long time, no matter how bad the day was he always made her laugh. They had kept their lives separate but recently decided that maybe it was time that they moved in together, test run before marriage was talked she figured. Today she was going straight home it was their two year anniversary she wanted to make it memorable for him. Little did she know he was going to make it one of the most memorable days of her life.

Of course in two years she wondered why some nights she could never get a hold of him, worse she wondered why he was so secretive with her at times. Chalking it up to him having trust issues still he never talked much about his past with her. Driving to the house she parked in the driveway getting out with a small smile. Walking to the door she used her key to walk in "Slade!?" she called as she walked in.

Grinning to himself as he hear the car pull into the driveway, Slade made his way to the front door to greet Jaci, dressed in a green tee and blue jeans. "Jaci!" He called back as he rushed her with a hug, picking her up and setting her down, giving her a small kiss once he did. "welcome..Welcome home." He said, fianlly, having been waiting for this for months now. To him, it meant alot to have her close, for so many reasons. He always worried what could happen, when he wasn't with her, and now, he could always count on her being here. Even if that did make things a bit more complicated. "Your stuff in the car?" He asked, moving slightly for the door, before remembering to tell her. "Oh, and I have some special stuff planned for tonight, but that's for later....What'cha wanna do now that you're here?"

Laughing a little when he hugged her hugging him back, leaning forward she gave him a quick kiss and nodded "I do.. I have the rest of my stuff in a storage unit I only brought my clothes today" she smiled. Looking around it was surprising to her they were really moving in together. Laughing a little as he threw in they would be celebrating "Okay, I was starting to think you were forgetting" she joked knowing he didn't forget at all. Constant reminders about it the past week from him, smiling she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him deeply again. "I missed you all day then at work I could only think about how we were going to finally be living together" she smiled. "Anyways we can unpack later on, for now what would you like to do it's all up to you".

Murmering happily as his lover kissed him, Slade slide his large hand around her side, down her back, holding her close. It was tempting to take her, in more way than one, right here, how beautiful she was to him, but he knew better. "We always could 'enjoy eachother'~....Or start with dinner, there's a restraunt that I want to take you." He was of course kidding on the sex, though wouldn't hold back if it went that way. Still, a romantic evening at Lake Shore would be nice, especially with the view. For now, he was just happy to have Jaci here, with him, because like her, he had been thinking of his lover all day, so much it almost made him nervious about what would happen.

"Hmm.. They both seem tempting but we have all the time in the world to enjoy each other now that we live together" she murmured as she rubbed his cheek gently. "Let me get dressed in something nice.. Then we'll go over to the restaurant" she smiled a bit. Walking to the car she began to grab out both her suitcases as she dragged them into the house, putting them on the bottom of the steps. "Help me?" she asked knowing she didn't need too as he was already halfway up with one of them. Walking up with the other she paced it on the floor sitting there as she opened the suitcase looking for something nice to where "What do you think I should wear hun? Dress? Casual? Dressy Casual?" she asked.

Smiling warmly, Slade nodded and followed her, grabbing one suitcase as Jaci took the other, carrying them inside, and into the living room. "I'll be back." He said as he turned for his bedroom, going to put on a preppy shirt, and a pressed pair of pants. "Dress-casual, it's a nice resterant." He called back, fixing himself up, and checking the time. No problems, at least not for a few more hours. REturning to Jaci's side, he offered his arm with a smile, ready to lead her to dinner. "Shall we?" He ask, in a warm tone, having looked forewerd to tonight for a long time.

"Okay I got the thing for it then!" she called back to him pulling out a lilac dress that was strapless that he brought her two months prior she was in love with it, it came with a black belt around the waist part. Walking back into the room she grabbed the tie up sandal like wedged shoes that went halfway up her calf. When he walked in she smiled a bit and took his hand "Go we shall" she smiled as they left for their dinner..


It had been hours before they got home the house being dark as it was outside walking in with him "That movie was awesome, oh my god and the food." she smiled wrapping her arms around his neck when they were inside kissing him. "Happy Anniversary, baby" she smiled then kissed him again as she pressed her body close to his.
