Dr. Robert Moss had been a professor in the human biology department of Blaine University for 15 years. He kept himself in shape and had an athletic body, a full beard with just a small touch of grey, and piercing blue eyes. He had the hint of a Brittish accent being from Hamilton Canada.
He had seen students come and go but in all the time he had been teaching he had never run across a student like her. She seemed to be a quick learner, and she hung on his every word constantly taking notes. She was the first to answer questions and the last to leave the classroom. What surprised him most though was her failing grade on the midterm exam. Why would this nearly ideal student fail???
