PM issue?

Recently I've been sending PMs and people have not responded to me, and after I've asked them if they're dropped the RP or not, they've told me they either never got a reply, or they sent a reply and I never got the reply.

It seems that the PMs aren't being sent or aren't being received. I'm not the only one who has encountered this issue, the people I've PMed said that they have had the same issue with others.

Hrmmm.... not sure what this issue could be. Though, it's cropped up here and there and doesn't seem to be consistent. Best direct this one to Vek.
