As above mentioned, I am Valentine and I'm looking for a couple good roleplay partners to help me escape the dreary reality of my life. For those who care I'm in my twenties, live in Canada, and work full-time. I am single, living on my own, and have several pets. Before you get any further, please note the following Top 3 Valentine Rules:
1. I play males. I will double as a female, but will not play one singally
2. I expect literacy, plot, and character development above all else. Sex is nice but I strongly prefer to focus on story. I do not roleplay solely smut
3. I have no objections to getting to know my roleplay partners, but please know what you want to play before you message me. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the roleplay dies before the introductions are ever sent
I am very comfortable with both MxM and MxF, with doubling, with playing medieval or modern, with playing fantasy or realism. About my characters specifically 99% of them are dominant.
Dominant does not mean sadistic. Though in some cases both are applicable.
I do not, generally speaking, enjoy non-con. Some plots do call for it, or coercion, and that's fine. But I will not center a roleplay around rape. I'm simply not into it. P-preg is also a big no-no for me.
On the other hand, I thoroughly enjoy some sadism/masochism play, drama, incest, romance, age-gaps, cross-dressing, love triangles, characters with mental/emotional disorders, girly-boys, height-gaps, emos, goths, etc.
Some of my favourite pairings/character ideas/plots:
Vampires - including slayers, humans, bloodpets, faes, etc.
Werewolves - including vampires and all like-wise fantasy
Angels - with humans, demons, fallen angels. Love the idea of a guardian angel falling for their human
Pirates
High-school - including teacher x student, student x older siblings friend, student x vampire
School for the gifted - love the idea of two boys being put in the same room, one of them thinking he's completely 'straight' and the other pursuing him anyways (works for regular boarding school too)
Wizards, witches, warlocks, etc. (medieval or modern)
Something involving Gypsies
Stranded on an island/exploring new lands
Something set in Ancient Egypt
Bands, battle of the bands. Up-and-coming band getting signed, etc.
Drows
* * * The only thing even remotely close to fanfiction that I will play would be Legend Of Zelda (Ocarina of Time-esque setting, touches of Majora's Mask) or Pokemon. For Pokemon, I refuse to play with cannon characters. Originals only. * * *
Love pairings that are generally considered cliched (teacher x student, doctor/psychiatrist/psychiatric student x patient, siblings, step-siblings, kidnapper x kidnapee, popular kid x goth/poor kid, arranged marriages ). For some reason, criminally insane characters appeal to me. I play them sometimes. Rebels also appeal to me. I play them a lot, too. Same with aggressive bottoms, seductive tops, placid demons, and reclusive prostitutes.
I guarantee you my boys are nothing what you imagine them to be.
