Matthew Knight walked towards his home. The public transportation system, made up of mainly buses, left him just a couple of blocks form his current home. Due to luck and fate, he was living at his uncle's house, which was at the same place where he had been studying for a year already. An entire year had already passed since he had began studying, he was now somewhere in the middle of his third semester in that university. His uncle's family was a bit different than his, definitely much colder than his family, all except for the older sibling of the family. Even though she was a bit nerdy and shy, once you got to know her she was really fun to hang around with, Matt always found her kind of sexy in a weird dorky sort of way.

He walked under the street lights. It had been so late that it was dark already, he had stayed, as he did daily, at college half studying half just hanging out with his friends. It was Friday, and no parties had been caught, somehow, but it didn't matter he needed to rest a bit from the normal party routine. It was a bit cool, but not enough to make him wear jeans, he was faithful to his cargo shorts. Matt whistled to the tune that sounded through his iPod's earphones, it was some weird atonal music, something he discovered at college.

Digging his hand into his pocket he withdrew his keys, and placed them into the door, hearing the normal crisp low roar. Having trouble getting it in, he was still not used to the height of the key and how you had to place it. After a few tries he made it in, but before turning he noticed that the family car was gone. "Hmm..." He let escape aloud. Turning the key he finally opened the door.

Matt was a tall young man, around 6'02". He had short oak brown hair, and a bit tanned skin (he liked the outdoors). His eyes were a bright pale blue, and his smile was wicked! (He had his braces taken off just before entering college). His stance was confident for the most part. Over his wide broad back he wore a plain dark blue t-shirt, a pair of khaki cargo shorts, and a pair of blue converse. As he got in, he took one of the earphones away form his ear and said a bit loudly into the house, "Hello... anyone home?"

T'was but a Friday evening. Nothing particularly special about it, as far as she could tell. Then again, Agatha was certainly not known for her wild nights out partying. It was simply not her style, and she was entirely fine with that. A fast paced and spontaneous lifestyle didn't suit her and it never had. She would much rather stay in and read a good book keep on top of any work she needed to do . It was much more productive, certainly. She knew that well enough. Although, despite her relatively secluded lifestyle and shy disposition, Agatha was actually a rather pretty young woman. Dark brown hair which fell just down her shoulders, curling ever so slightly at the ends. Soft, hazel eyes, decorated with a few light flecks of gold. Delicate, pale skin thanks to spending plenty of time indoors. She stood at roughly five-foot-nine, and supported a rather flattering figure. Her clothing was not particularly eccentric either. Primarily simply pairs of jeans or shirts, in this case a comfortable and short-sleeved blue checkered shirt, along with a thin pair of glasses to help fix her less-than-perfect sight. But alas, it was safe to say that she was not the most outgoing figure on the planet, and as said before, the night-life was simply not for her.

Today was just one of those days. One which she could spend alone in peace. The rest of the family had headed out for the evening, leaving ole' Agatha alone. The television had proved to have been a lost cause thanks to the abysmal array of shows on at the moment, and Agatha had since begun her usual research and studying. Simply brushing up on what she already knew, which she had been doing for the last half an hour or so, although she had been swiftly alternating between that and her current book. Both were interesting in their own right.

She froze at the sound of the key entering the door. A soft and familiar click much like the one she heard almost every time she entered the house. Agatha was rather surprised at how everyone must have arrived so early from their outing. It would have been utterly bizarre if it had not been for the voice which quickly followed. Her body relaxed as Agatha realised who it was. It was Matthew. Her cousin, younger by a good few years. She had almost forgotten about him. Matt had moved in roughly a year back thanks to moving for education, and he seemed to have fit comfortably within the family. Agatha had always been unsure quite how she felt about him. He was a pleasant person to be around, sure, but something seemed a little bizarre around him. She couldn't quite put her finger on it.

“Of course not,” she replied rather satirically. “It's just you in the whole building.” Agatha rolled her eyes whilst waiting on a response. “Do anything interesting today, or...?” Agatha continued, sat on the sofa and flicking through a few pages of her book.

"This is awesome." He said raising his fist enthusiastically into the air, laughing afterwards. He turned towards Agatha, she was looking as normal and casual as ever. Matt set his back pack on the floor next to the couch as he had been asked a new question. He smiled at her, and sat down on an armchair next to where she was facing, still catching glimpse on TV, "Oh you know, just the usual..." He said taking a small take at the television for just a second and then back at Agatha, "Slaying dragons, saving the world, making girls fall in love with me." Adding a wink at the end playfully. Alex took a deep breath as he sat on the armchair, finally taking a breath. His day had been a pretty usual one actually, just studying a bit, hanging out with friends, trying to plan something to do for tonight, but finally nothing came to mind. So tonight he was hoping that he would probably just watch a movie and call it a night, even though his body asked for it, he was convincing himself that taking a break every now and then was good for himself.

Matt opened his eyes after a couple of seconds and turned to Agatha. She was wearing her usual clothes, with her usual stare that would sometimes bore him, and her hair was nice and combed, but for some strange reason, today, like on other days that he had felt it, he felt attracted by her. His eyes keenly followed her details. He actually loved the way she treated her hair, and her pale skin seemed smooth. Her glasses made her seem even more cute (that was more of a weird fetish he had with women though). His continued to her nose, her lips, and down to her neck, he did not dare to continue going in fear that he would be caught. After practically scanning her, Matt felt propelled to say something, but he hindered himself, wouldn't it be a bit odd? He gulped and opened his mouth, "What about your day?" swing and a miss, that tended to happen a lot when he was around women he considered attractive. He waited to hear her side of the story, not expecting much, it was Agatha after all.

After she would finish, Matt moved in his chair trying to get more comfortable. He looked at her and added, "You know... you look nice today. Your shirt is really cute."

“I don't know which is less likely,” Agatha replied, glancing up at her younger cousin. “You slaying some great and mighty dragon or you finally getting a girl to fall in love with you,” she continued with a chuckle, flicking over another page of her book having recently put down the work she had been studying on. She frequently took breaks between work to fit in another chapter of a new book when time wasn't of the essence. Today it wasn't, so read she shall.

She enjoyed teasing Matt like that, truth be told. He never seemed particularly offended by it, and it was all done in cheerful jest and simply meant to lighten the mood. Harmless fun. Besides, he was her younger cousin and at the moment living in her family's house. It was her job to annoy him as if she were one of his siblings. Either way, she could probably guess what young Matt had been doing today, which would be almost exactly the same things as everyone else their age. Meeting up with friends would be one of them, followed by some light studying, etcetera, etcetera. The usual. Agatha of course was an exception to this rule, preferring to follow her own chain of preferences. Studying was certainly part of today, but she had spent the day reading, watching television and committing to her other various solitary activities. And she was perfectly content with that when other's would be choking in their own boredom at this point. Aye, it was wonderful.

Her legs curled up onto the seat and then stretched out, her entire body now mostly lying across the whole of sofa, head rested on one of the arms. She now starting to fidget uncomfortably now that someone had entered the room, even if it was a relative. Someone who she knew rather well and in turn knew her. There were few secrets between relatives, especially ones that lived together. She felt as if he were examining her, almost. It was rather bizarre. As if someone was watching her. Agatha took a quick glance up from her book which she had recently picked up, just moving her eyes for a moment. Although Matt was not looking at her. He did respond with a question though, asking how Agatha's day had been, almost mimicking her question not a few moments earlier, and then it wad followed by an unexpected compliment. Apparently Matt liked what she was wearing, which was odd because it was nothing particularly special. She had worn her favourite chequered shirt probably hundreds of times by now, and it wasn't odd to see her wearing it. Matt had been here long enough to have seen her wear it at least once before, and then there were all of the other more recent times he had visited.

Agatha responded with a raised eyebrow, although made no comment on the compliment. Not quite yet anyway. “Oh, you know. Just the usual,” she replied, attempting to mimic Matt's voice with little success. At least she had gotten the words in the right order. “Reading about slaying dragons, reading about saving the world and, you guessed it, reading about making girls fall in love with me. Apparently most of the books I read have male protagonists. And studying, of course. Lots and lots of that one, certainly.” She paused for a moment, looking as if she were deep in thought. Truthfully though she was just speeding through another page of her book before preparing to speak once more. “Do you want something from me or was that compliment a sincere one, Matt?” she asked, followed by a cheerful wink of her own. Her expression was one of both confusion and amusement.

Matthew laughed back at Agatha, she always knew how to make the right jokes for him. Most people could say that her jokes would score an A+ on the dork level, but for him, she was perfect. Maybe it was because that he himself was some what of a dork at times that he liked to spend time with her, since at school he would do normal things, here he cold just relax, let go and be himself with someone whom was way worse than himself. Matt heard her imitate him, it was very cute actually, his lips curled widely, and laughter burst from them. Her actions would spill happiness into him, this is why he loved to hang out with her so much, she was just so out there. The only down side to her was that she preferred to keep her goofy side to her, or at least to her and her family members, which he was pretty much part of now.

Matt got stuck on the T.V. for moment, not realizing Agatha had been hard at work decrypting his phrase. The sound of her voice caught his attention immediately though, making his eyes dart at her luscious lips. He saw how she winked at her, which came to her in a kind of forced manner, it was too cute for him to witness, but he might as well keep the ball rolling, who knew where it would end up? He smiled at her, "Yeah can you get me a sandwich please?" He laughed at her, and nodded negatively. He saw back and looked at her with a small smile now, but his eyes had changed. They seemed to be observing her now, as if holding her together with just his vision, "You really look pretty tonight." He added a playful wink at the end himself, this one a bit smoother than hers, which made him wonder how she would take it.

Alex finally stood up, from his chair and looked down at her entire body stretched across the couch. He liked that very much, and wished that she stayed in that position all night long, or perhaps others? What was he thinking already? He really needed a girlfriend, and fast! His eyes searched for hers trying to make eye contact, "Okay, so you want anything to eat or drink?" He asked her as he turned towards the kitchen and made his way there. "How about we go for some beers?" He asked her before leaving the living room completely. It seemed as if things wouldn't be so 'low key' after all.

She let out her own chuckle at the sound of her cousin's cheerful laugh, although it wasn't nearly as exuberant as Matthew's. Far more subtle, being more suited to Agatha's usual disposition than she was around close friends and family members. It wasn't that she had become instantly nervous though. She felt oddly relaxed around Matt, which was a good thing. Something she only felt with those that were closest to her, even though the two rarely ever saw eachother beyond the occasional visit until but a few weeks ago when he crash landed into her home. She had warmed up to him, that was for sure. Hell, they often acted as if they were the best of friends now, even if Agatha had a habit of purposely trying to wind him up.

“I don't care how much you try to sugar me up, Matt, if you want a sandwich that badly you're going to have to be making it yourself,” she replied, followed with a swift nod and a slightly bemused expression. Matt followed up with another unexpected compliment, saying that she 'really looked pretty tonight' followed with a playful, almost flirtatious wink. He really seemed odd tonight, pulling all kinds of tricks out on her. The wink itself seemed to be in a different tone than Agatha's one though, although she couldn't put a finger on why no matter how hard she tried. Rather than being joking or mocking this one seemed... too friendly. Affectionate even. Just what was he up to, exactly? Asking would be a little odd and almost certainly turn things awkward, especially if he meant nothing by it. If he wasn't trying to get something out of her. Toying with him might be fun though, even if Agatha was never quite one for flirting. Return the favour, and see how long it took to annoy him. Hell, until he actually noticed she was doing it to tease him “I might say the same to you, handsome,” Agatha joked, a hint of sarcasm in her voice and her face struggling to hold back a smirk.

Matt once again wondered off though, heading towards the kitchen, probably to make himself a sandwich. He did call back to ask if Agatha wanted anything to eat, and although she wasn't particularly hungry, she couldn't resist to reply with “Sure, make me a sandwich while you're in there.” Truthfully, she wasn't much in the mood to eat and was about to decline until he suggested something alcoholic. She almost threw the book she was holding onto the coffee table, and let out a deep sigh. Normally beer wasn't something she'd chose, but she just felt in the mood for something like that at the moment. “If you insist...” she called back. “Can't hurt now, can it? Besides, I'm tired and could do with something less fictional for the time being. Be a doll and get something for me.”

Alexander stepped into the kitchen, it being a place with all the necessities for above average cooking. It had your spices cabinet, different types of pans and pots, knives of all sizes, etc. Alex never touched any of the stuff, at most he would make some scrambled eggs, those utensils were usually the tools to Agatha's mastermind experiments, she was a fabulous cook. The light from the kitchen radiated white light into the room, he walked towards the fridge, a gigantic safe box of food. In this house, food was one of the most important things, it was something everyone here enjoyed together, it was what brought them together each night as a family. Alexander heard Agatha perfectly from inside the kitchen, he could hear her over the mumbling of the television, and the sound of the roaring fridge.

It was just what Agatha had guessed, Alex was here to grab something to eat. He grabbed two plates and placed four virgin loafs of white bread facing him. His eyes hungrily looked at them as he turned around towards the fridge. In his mind he had still not chosen the ingredients, but once he opened the fridge they were clear. For him it was a ham, cheese, lettuce and mayo sandwich. As for her, Alex had just the thing. Alex was well aware of her love for sweets, and ever since he had entered this home a new substance had entered her existence that just made her boil. Alex got out the nutella for her and made her a sandwich. During his waiter days, he had learned to take two plates with one hand, and took the two cans of beer with the other.

"Here you go." He said once her arrived the living room. He set her can and plate right in front of her, with a napkin included, and did the same for him. "Will that be in cash or paycheck?" He asked her teasingly, as he sat back down on the seat he was before. He waited to see Agatha's expression once she found out he had made her a nutella sandwich, her happiness was his joy, it was just part of the bond they shared. He waited for expression before eating, but not drinking. Alex went on ahead and undid the can, hearing that once-in-a-life-time sound that went with that can alone. He took a sip and observed her carefully.

“Waiter!” she called out into the kitchen, raising one hand into the air and clicking her fingers. “I ordered that beer and sandwich five seconds ago. I don't like being played for a fool!” Agatha joked, just a few moments before Matt actually arrived back into the living room.

“Ah ha, the feast has finally arrived,” exclaimed Agatha as a napkin, a beer and a sandwich were placed in front of her, the latter filled with a deliciously chocolaty and nutty spread. Nutella. Delicious. “Oh, I was hoping that this would be all on the house, actually. After all, we are in my house and I didn't think to bring any substantial amount of money.” She rolled her eyes as Matt sat himself down back on his seat, and once again seemed to be examining her movements whilst drinking his beer. More strange behaviour by her cousin. He was definitely up to something.

Agatha glanced at him, raising her left eyebrow, still a little bemused. Her vision then turned to the meal that had been set out before her, then back to her cousin. “Alright, alright. I'll eat the delicious sandwich if I must. But only because you made it mind you,” she said, once again with a hint of sarcasm. She pulled up the sandwich to her mouth and took a bite out of the corner. Not much of the spread in the bite, but Agatha quite enjoyed the crust, now that she thought about it. Agatha gave out a soft mmmmm at the taste. She did enjoy chocolate...

Agatha's "mmmmm" rung a bell deep down into the darkest corners of his mind. Matt couldn't help but let that ephemerous moment turn into a small micro-second fantasy of her, letting out an orgasmic hymn. His eyes shot back instantly towards his sandwich, guilt shot through his body, how could he ever let him mind wander to such places? What was wrong with him? After setting the can down, he took his sandwich to take the first bite, letting his crafted meal invade his taste buds. There, it was done, back at peace. The peace of sandwich took with it, into his acidic juices, all the guilt that he had felt, it had been just an instinctual thought, something that could be fought, something that was natural, but not necessarily good.

He took another sip of his beer, setting down the sandwich, which portrayed a giant bite from the edge. He rose his beer up to their eye level, his eyes went towards her, adding a smile, as he added in his low toned voice, "Well then, let us feast! Cheers for us!" He said, winking at her once more. He expected for her to react and reply to his cheers the same way it came. Thought, no one could really tell what would end up happening if they got a bit tipsy. Matt himself knew that he would end up having fun, but he wondered what type of drunk Agatha was, or if she had ever been drunk at all? He hoped though, evilly, down in his dark side, that he would find out tonight. In fact, this was going to be his goal, get her to relax, and drink up.
