The woods were fairly silent as a dark figure slipped through the trees, moving easily through the shadows, her black fur helping her to blend in. The only sounds in the woods was the sound of birds fluttering around and perhaps a ferrow somewhere in the trees as well as the occasional rustle of bushes and leaves and the sound of water somewhere nearby. Sighing softly, the umbreon slowly made her way through the trees towards the watering spot that was popular for the pokegirls in the area. Moving out of the shadows of the trees, she moved over to the large lake and laid next to it to drink. Her sleek yellow striped black fur glistened in the light of the sun and her ears flicked every now and again as she quenched her thirst. Her tail was swaying slowly as she sat there. Looking over herself, she began grooming herself, dipping her paw like hands into the water before running them through the long black hair that fell in her face.

The Umbreon was a little tired from fending off another trainer and their pokegirl. She had just barely managed to get away and she was lucky that the trainer didn't give chase. Closing her eyes with a soft sigh, the Umbreon laid her head down on the cool grass beneath her and she took deep breaths of the sweet grass.

Now knowing that this particular area is full of persistant trainers and hostile inhabitants, Evan sighed to himself, regreting that he didn't come more prepared... Only acouple pokeballs with him, he has only made it all the more challanging on himself while treking on his current journey. Being repeatable stopped by trainers and demanding battled, this put seventeen year old Evan Stone in a great deal of stress, running a hand through his short black hair, adjusting his dark red bandana as well. The young man was currently making his way through the thick collection of trees and keeping his distance from any threats, as he just simple wanted to make his way to the pokemon center to rest. Unforchunatly, he needed to rest now, as he recklessly trecked on to get to civilization, but his legs were sore, and decided to rest at the large lake nearby. He also made a mistake on wearing jeans, a hoodie, a shirt under it, and fingerless gloves, as it was quite hot out... Well, at least the hoodie was a zip up.

As he made it to the lake, he noticed it was much cooler here, and also he widened his bold green eyes, witnessing a rare spectical, something one wouldn't have the privilage of seeing. "An Umbreon...",Evan muttered to himself. As he was no more than twenty feet from her. Evan understood that most Umbreon aren't seen in the wild, making them irresistable to trainers who would try to catch them, even some creepy collecter out there. Perhaps this one was released? How could anyone do that, she was beautiful Umbreon, and looked perfectly healthy, and yet he can feel great sadness just by looking at her. Evan smiled softly, watching this beautiful poke'girl sleep, as he didn't want to disturb her. Funny, because he had the perfect opportunity to catcher, but decided to not do it in such a harsh way. He then stepped back a bit, stepping on a twig and snapping it, making him widen his eyes once more, and looking at the Umbreon, on edge.

The umbreon fell into a light sleep, stretching out in the grass with a hand in the water, feeling it occasionally ripple because of the fish that lived in the lake. It was the first time the girl got to relax so she took advantage of the opportunity, falling into a deep sleep to the sounds of the pokemon and pokegirls that lived in the woods around them. She had just gotten into a deep sleep when she heard a slight different rustling nearby and her ear twitched slightly. It was only when she heard a twig snap and she jerked awake, lifting her head with a soft grunt. Blinking sleepily, she pushed herself up and twisted her body around to gaze in the direction of the sound that had roused her. For a long moment she didn't notice anything because her eyes weren't focused.

Blinking again, she yawned before focusing again. It didn't take more then a second for her red eyes to focus and pinpoint the source of the sound. The moment she saw the trainer standing at the edge of the clearing, she tensed and moved quickly into a crouched position, clearly ready to either fight or run. Her long ears were laid back and her wavy hair fell in her eyes again as she softly growled. The girl was completely bare of any clothes which meant she currently had no clothes and thus no trainer since many pokegirls owned by trainers wore some kind of clothing. The girl was slender, clearly a little underfed but not enough to look sick, but she was finely muscled and perfectly proportioned with breasts that were perky and round. She had the body of an athlete. There was a guarded look in her eyes and she was tense, unsure about what was going to happen.

Evan had jumped a bit, seeing The Umbreon just up awake, and gulped a little, as there had been a lump in his throat. Pokegirls that were Umbreon were were outstandingly seasoned fighter when they're forced to, as he's seen it before, he witness an Umbreon fight the champion in the pokemon league, but unforchunatly didn't win, but it was still able to take on four of the Champion's pokemon in a row( one had been a pokegirl) but the trainer pushed her too hard and she went down fighting, he'd never seen such a talented, experienced combatant like that, especially since she took out more than half of the champions team, even though she lost... He wondered, was this Umbreon the same one he saw at the Poke'mon League? Possibly, as the look in her eyes were the same, he never forgot those eyes... This made Evan frown, at the fact that her former trainer was so angry with their loss, he released her, abandoning her, that HAD to have been it.

Evan had then held up his hands passivly, backing away a couple steps, and shaking his head, assuring her he meant no harm. "It's alright, I wish not harm you, I was just looking for a place to rest is all, nothing more.",Evan spoke out, hoping to calm her. Perhaps this will get her attention. "I know you, you're that Umbreon I saw at the pokemon league a couple weeks ago, right?",Evan asked her, putting down his arms and giving a sad smile. "You were really good, I saw you take down most of the champion's pokemon and and pokegirl, you were amazing. Even though you hadn't claimed victory, you still were an amazing fighter.",Evan complimented before slowly taking off his back pack, showing her that it was empty. "See? No poke'balls.",he further asuredhoping that she wouldn't run. He was somewhat a fan of her's, which was cute realy.

The girl watched him warily, her ears twitching a little while her tail flicked almost impatiently as if she were waiting for something. In her life, the umbreon never had it easy. Even when she was a mere eevee. She had constantly trained and fought hard to be good, never giving in and if she had lost a fight, it was always on her own terms and she never went down easy. Her time in the Pokemon League proved that she was a fierce and tough fighter. During most of the League she was the primary pokegirl used. In every fight she could be used in, she was always the first one out and most of the time the last one on the fields. When it came to the champion, she had already been tired from fighting, but even then she fought with everything that she possibly had. She had given her tamer everything she could, sacrificing her health, blood and tears for him. And for what? To be tossed aside like trash after being abused.

When he backed up, she relaxed just a little but never took her eyes off him, her gaze quickly shifting back and forth between his hands and his face. At the mention of the pokemon league, her gaze hardened and she bared her teeth a little while her fur bristled a little. While he took off his pack, she slowly stepped back before raising herself and standing tall, though she wasn't very tall as it was. 5'5" at best. Though that didn't include the height of her ears. If they were counted, she was closer to 6'. The pokegirl still bore some of the marks from fighting in the league. Such as faint lines from scars that had healed and slightly thinned patches of fur on her arms and one spot on her chest where the fur was growing back after being hit with a fire attack. "What do you want?" she asked. Her voice was soft and a little husky.

Evan gulped a bit more, seeing the Umbreon tense up as he brought up the pokemon league, knowing for sure this was the same Umbreon. He then frowned again, seeing the obvious abuse she's endured and suffered through. He really wanted to help her, as he felt she didn't deserve what her former trainer gave her, that she deserves someonw to care for her, to compliment on her accomplishments, a friend. He really feels that she needs those positive feeling in her life, she deserves it, she's earned it. Evan sighed a bit and shook his head. "I just want to be your friend. I know that your former trainer was cruel to you, and I think that it is inexcusable for him to abuse such an outstanding Umbreon like you. I don't have any pokeballs, so I'm not making any demands, I'm asking you.",Evan informed her. "You are so amzing, all I ask is that you give me a chance, as you deserve better. There will be nothing to bind you to me, only friendship.",Evan added as he held out his hand. "Just one chance, just one.",Evan offered, his expression soft.

She swallowed softly as she stood there near the edge of the water. She knew without looking that if she took one more step back, she'd fall in the water so she didn't move. At the mention of just wanting to be her friend, she paused and stared at him, blinking slowly. "A... friend?" she echoed, the word feeling and sounding alien to her. She looked down at her feet when he mentioned her previous trainer and how he treated her and she frowned slightly. She was a little surprised when he told her that he was asking her instead of demanding that she be his pokegirl. She looked at his outstretched hand before looking up into his eyes but she remained quiet.

The look in her eyes was a somewhat haunted one. A mix of pain, anger and sadness showing in the blood red depths. But there was also vulnerability deep within them. A vulnerability that she tried almost desperately to hide from others. "Just.. just friends?" she asked softly while slowly relaxing. "What about.. what about others?" she asked, referring to other trainers that had been coming after her ever since she'd been released out into the wild. It had been hard for her after being released because she didn't know how to forage for food. She knew how to fight and defend herself, but surviving in the wild was completely new to her.

Evan's smile returned, seeing the vunerability in her eyes, behind all that sorrow and suffering, he saw hope in her eyes, perhaps hope she haden't really realized yet... He then tilted his head abit as she asked about the others, the other trainers that wanted to most likely snag her for their own selfish desires. "Don't worry, if they see you around me, they'll think you're mine.",Evan explained as he stepped a little bit closer. "Don't worry, you're not anyone's property, I won't think of you as my property either. I just wan to show you what a real friend can do for those who've earned it, and you certainly have. If you live with me, I swear I'll treat you like a friend, if not a princess. I have plenty of food and water to share, and you can sleep in my bed while I sleep on the couch, until I get you your own bed.",He offered, his smile big and friendly. "Do you have a name?",Evan asked, his hand still outstretched.

He'd never really owned a pokegirl before, just pokemon, but he knows a few friends that do, and they've told him how to keep one. They told him to properly bond with one is that you treat them like a member of the family, sure, you do that with pokemon too, but with poke'girls, they have more humanity within them and needs to be treated as such. He's even heard that his friends were in a deeper relationship than just merely friends, which he found no problem in, who you love is who you love. But he didn't want to jump into conclusions, as he just wanted to befriend her. He cleared his throat to speak. "I'm Evan.",he spoke, his tone warm and friendly.

She stood there, gently worrying her bottom lip, a nervous habit that had formed when she was younger. It often irritated her previous owner and she'd gotten punished for it. The information that the other trainers would think she was with him if she was seen with him made her relax a little more. As he stepped closer, she fought the urge to back up a bit more and she slowly nodded before looking at the young man again, tilting her head a little which caused some of her wavy hair to fall over her shoulder. She wasn't used to someone being so kind to her so when he told her that he'd treat her like a friend if now a princess, she looked down at her feet almost bashfully befre looking at him again. "Oh.. I-I wouldn't want to put you out of your bed." she said gently. "It... would be rude." Slowly she made her way a little closer to him bit by bit before placing her hand into his and she shook her head. "No.. No name." she told him. "My last trainer thought it was easier to just call me by what I was. It was confusing when I evolved though." she said before giving a hesitant smile to him.

Evan chuckled a bit before she took his hand, in which he gave her a ind smile, gently squeezing her hand to comfort her, her hand soft and warm. He stepped forward and held her hand with both of his, holding it to his chest. "Then how about I give you a name, as I think it'd be nice for you do have an identity, not someone's tool.",he stated, standing beside her and his fingers interlocking with her's, as if they were standing as boyfriend and girlfriend. "How about Umbra? The very thing that your kind was named after, the darkest part of the moon's shadow?",he asked, gesturing her to follow him as he walked forward. He went the way he intended to go to, as his home town was about twenty to a half hour away. He squeezed her hand with compassion, showing how much of a saint he really was.

She smiled a little more as he squeezed her hand gently and she lightly squeezed his back, letting him pull her hand to his chest and she gazed up at him since he was taller then her. "I think that I'd like that." she said gently while smiling gently after he suggested giving her a name. She was quiet, her slender fingers playing with his while he held her hands. At the mention of Umbra for her name, she looked a little curious and thoughtful while she began following him, letting him lead her away from the water. "I... I think I like that name." she said gently. "I would like to use that as my name." Umbra nodded with a gentle smile before moving to his side. "So... you saw me during the Pokemon League?" she asked. "How long did the competition take? While fighting, it felt like it took days between the different competitors and champions."

Evan 's smile had remained, liking the fact that she accepted Umbra as her name, as she now had an identity, and not some object. His eyebrows raised up a bit as she mentioned that he saw her participate in the League. He then thought for a moment, actually remembering it all quite well. "The whole thing lasted for about maybe a whole day, while the Champion himself lasted for a full six to seven hours, it was a long, LONG fight. I was rooting for you the whole way through, but I wished your former trainer gave you a little more breaks, if not a lot more. You worked so hard, too hard. For one that primarily did all the work, you should that you pushed on. I actually thought for sure you'd win, but it wasn't your fault, it really wasn't.",Evan stated as they made their way through the thick forest, looking at his compass to see that he was going the right direction. "I was front row, cheering you on, I was probably your biggest fan there!",Evan admitted with a laugh.

"If you want, when you think you're ready, maybe one of these day we can try to take it on ourselves, but I don't have all the gym-badges, I have two left, and then we can try it some day. If you want that is.",Evan left the offer open, seeing some trainer that previously tried to catch her look in anger and envy, some were some pretty creepy looking collecters, wanting to do who knows what to her... This is one pokegirl, that they'll never get.

Umbra looked down at the ground while he began talking about how long the fights had lasted. 'Only a day?' she thought to herself, one of her ears twitching gently. It was hard for her to believe that it had only lasted a day. All the fighting, all of the people screaming and cheering... It all blurred together for her. She could still remember though, when she went down in the end and she fainted, she slept for hours. She had slept well into the next day and when she woke up, it was to an angry trainer who blamed the loss on her. She knew she held partial blame, after all, she was the one fighting, but a pokegirl can only do so much and fight for so long before their bodies just... give out. Looking at Evan again as he led her through the thick forest. When he admitted to being front row and cheering for her the entire time, she smiled and a gentle laugh escaped her.

But at the mention of them maybe trying to take it on, she looked away with a sigh. "I... I don't think I'd be able to do it. The Pokemon League... it takes a lot out of a pokegirl just to fight one fight and win. To go through the Elite Four and then go against most of the Champions pokemon and win... It's nearly impossible for just one pokemon or a pokegirl to do alone. Because I was forced to... I gave everything for that match and I don't think I can again." She shook her head with a sigh, some of her hair falling over her shoulder and a pained look formed in her eyes.

Evan shortly began to laugh a little with her once she started, happy that he was warming up to him already. But once she switched back to the sorrowful mindset as he mentioned her trying again, he frowned to see her reaction. He wasn't sad that she didn't want to do it, just because it caused such an impact on her life, a horrible impact. He then stopped, and then moved to stand in front of her, and placing his hands on her shoulders gently. He noticed that her fur was smooth and soft, making him blush a little on how soft she felt but shook his head quickly to come back into reality and smile down at her, kindly. "Well, then you don't ever have to worry about that again, Umbra, I assure you.",Evan promised.

"You've done your service of being a proud fighter, and I think it's time for you to rest now, and life a life of leisure and comfort.",Evan went on, rubbing one of her shoulders in a comforting and reassuring way. " Know this Umbra, because I mean everything I'm about to tell you.",Evan started and then cleared his throat. "Your days of abuse, hardship, and neglect are over. Completly, utterly over, period. As long as you stay by my side, I will take care of you like the magnificent creature that you are. No longer will you be trained too hard, no longer will you get negitive and harsh responces for the things you do, and no longer will you be a tool for someone's selfish gain. I'm here now, Umbra.", Evan stated, looking her in the eye, and hugging her close once he said the last part. "You're a living, breathing creature, and you will be treated as such.",the kind hearted trainer spoke, comforting Umbra. Evan knows that she's never been exposed to this type of treatment and interactivity, so this may be very alien to her.

She stopped when he did and her eyes widened as he moved to stand in front of her. She felt his hands grasp her shoulders but she didn't move or say anything as he smiled down at her. Umbra felt a lump form in her throat as he promised her that she would never have to worry about fighting again. While Evan spoke, she remained quiet with her slender hands folded in front of her and pressed against her chest, the position something like she were trying to protect her self. Her body swayed a little as he rubbed her shoulders gently before she swallowed the best she could as he spoke. No one had ever spoken such kind words to her and it made tears form in her red eyes thought she tried to fight them back.

As she was pulled into his arms, she closed her eyes as the tears finally spilled over and she grasped the front of his shirt tightly in her hands while her slender body slumped against his. It had been years since she was shown any kind of affection so it was a little overwhelming to her. The last time she was given a hug was from an elderly man that took care of her before giving her to her last trainer. And the only kind words she'd ever gotten was from Nurse Joy in the pokecenters when she took care of her.

Evan had continued to hold this Umbreon close, feeling the tears flowing from those beautiful red eyes. "It's alright, just let it out, it's okay..",Evan whispered as he gently rubbed her back. Her body was soft and warm, if he was snuggling with her in his bed, he'd fall asleep in seconds. He then remembered, that most pokegirls wore clothes due to their breasts and genitalia being similar to that of a human, and their fur had not covered up their nipples or their slits. This made Evan blush and tried to ignore that fact before loosening his grip and clearing his throat.

"Well then, let us be off again, it's not too far from here.",Evan commented as he then took her by the hand again and walked on though the woods. It was about a twenty minute walk, until they made it back to his home city. It wasn't too big, but it was a bit bigger than a town. Some people were staring at the two as they walked by, as it wasn't too often to see an Umbreon pokegirl, as they were one of the rarest, and the fact that she kinda didn't have clothing on either... But Evan ignored them, not caring what they thought. He then to Umbra to his apartment building, his room was on the second floor called 'room 208', and fumbled with the keys. "I don't live with anyone else so it's going to be quite excitng to have company.",Evan said as he then opened the door and turning on the light, and held his arm out. "Make yourself at home, Umbra.",he chimed, smiling at her warmly.

The umbreon clung to him as she gently shook in his arms from pent up emotions and she gave a soft sob as the tears fell. Releasing his shirt, she wrapped her arms around him and held onto him as she gave into her emotions for a little while, allowing him to see her vulnerable side for a moment. When he loosened his grip and cleared his throat, she stepped back with her head bowed and she softly sniffled while wiping her eyes. It took her a moment to compose herself again before she finally looked up once more and looked at him as he spke and she nodded, letting him take her hand and she followed him through the woods. Upon reaching the edge and stepping out, she looked around. It had been so long since she'd been among human civilization that she felt quite out of place. Especially since she wasn't wearing any clothing.

Umbra ignored the looks that they were getting, letting Evan lead her by the hand to his room. She stood patiently outside of his apartment as he fumbled with his keys and spoke, gently smiling. Once the door was opened, she slowly entered and began looking around. "Thank you." she said suddenly. "For... being my friend." Smiling shyly, she looked around a little more, her gaze taking in her surroundings curiously. "How long have you lived on your own?" she asked gently as she slowly wandered around his apartment.

Evan had then closed the door behind him, watching her roam his humble home. It was rather nice, and comfey. He had then followed her around as she observed her new home, feeling like he'd done something good, and was happy doing it. He smiled a little wider as she tanked him for befriending her, as it seemed like she didn't say such things very often, he could understand that, as hr could blame her. "Oh it's my pleasure Umbra, really.",he said as he flicked on the lights of the room she walked in to look at. He then slightly frowned at her question of how long he'd lived in solitude, and of that for a bit. "Well, that's actually a very good question, perhaps a year or two.",He explained, walkering with her.

Evan had then sighed a bit, feeling as f he needed to get something off his chest. "Well, it's pretty lonely around here too, as all my frieds went to other citues and towns, even other reigons.",he explained to her with a shrug, another sigh escaping his mouth. "It seems we both are pretty lonely, and thankfully, I thing we can help eachother.",Evan added, his smile returning. "Because what's mine is yours.",He finished, gently scratching her big ears.

Umbra liked the way Evan's home looked. It was cozy and warm and she had a feeling he wouldn't have a fit if she sat on furniture. Before, all of the money she had won in competitions and fights had gone straight into her trainers pocket and he had spent all of it on himself by buying a nice flat and expensive furniture that he forbade her from getting on because he didn't want 'animal hair' on everything. With Evan, she had a feeling that what he said about making herself at home was true. She looked back at him as he told her how long it has been since he started living on his own and she nodded slightly.

Hearing his sigh, she paused and turned to look at him with a slightly concerned look in her eyes. At the mention of them helping each other, she offered a smile while looking up at him. "I think we can too." she told him. When he reached up and began scratching her ears, she was caught by surprise but as he did so, she closed her eyes and made a soft sound similar to that of a cat purring and a gentle smile formed as she leaned into his touch a little. After a little bit, she realized what she was doing and she felt her face heat up and she looked up at him with a small sheepish smile.

Evan could help but gently wrap an arm around her as he scratched her ear with his other hand, the very sound of her purring gave him a warm, nice feeling inside. He had held her close as she enjoyed his touch, and began to switch between ears from time to time. She felt so soft and warm in his mere one arm embrace, and we rather wished that this would last awhile, but as soon as Umbra realized what she was doing, he did too, and stopped, his his arm still around her, and blushed a bit as well, believing he got carried away a bit.

But he then wrapped his other arm around her, seeing the incredibly adorable smile on her face, making him softly chuckle. "You liked that? I was rather nervous because I didn't know you um... wanted me to do that or not.",Evan stated, his blush remaining on his face. But cleared his throat to speak again. "If you want, I'll show you this kind of pampering everyday. Trust me, you can do what you want here. YOu're not my pet, you're my friend. The treatment of your former trainer is non-existant here."he assured her, their faces rather close, but he was too nervous to do anything, should he give her some space? He quite frankly didn't know what to do right now...

Umbra felt his arm wrap around her shoulders and smiled gently as he scratched her ear. As he moved from one ear to the other, she shivered a little until he stopped and she looked up at him to see that he was blushing from what he had been doing and she played with a lock of her messy, slightly wild hair that hung around her face, twirling a lock around her finger a couple of times until he wrapped his other arm around her and she looked up at him curiously as he spoke before nodding shyly. "Yeah, I liked it." she said gently, her ear twitching a little from the sensation left in it from him scratching it. She smiled a little more as he chuckled.

After he cleared his throat, she glanced at him and she tilted her head as he told her that he'd show her that kind of pampering everyday before laughing softly. "You don't have to pamper me." she told him. She could tell he was nervous to be holding her and she was a little nervous as well but more relaxed then he was. With a gentle sigh, she laid her head down against his shoulder. "I just... want to be treated like a friend." she told him. "Though... how are friends supposed to treat each other?" she asked suddenly.

Evan watched her twitchy ears, huckling as a bit as he did so, as he thought it was rather kind of cute... He then saw she was quite nervous as well, but not as much as he, but enough to where she responded with playing with her pitch black hair, that much was obvious. Evan then actually had to take a moment on how friends would treat each other, and come to think of it, that was rather a good question actually. "Umm...",Evan started but had to take a moment to think.

" That's a rather good question, usually one isn't asked something like that. Friends, well, they just...",Evan stopped, he actually was having a really hard time with this... In a way it was kinda cute... He sighed with frustration, placing his hands on her shoulders. "Friends are supposed to basically compliment on other friend's accomplishments, as well as be loyal to each other to the very end. Something I'm willing to do for you Umbra.",Evan stated, nodding at the end of what he was saying. "Now....",he started. "I don't really know if pokegirls take showers but do you want to take one?",Evan asked, her fur having dried patches of blood and dirt in it.

Waiting patiently for his response, she tilted her head while studying him. She could see that he wasn't sure how to answer the question and she brushed her messy hair back from her face. As he finally answered, she stared up at him and the corners of her lips tilted up as she gently bit her bottom lip in vague amusement. She was a little surprised that he was willing to be loyal to her to the very end when they'd just met. "You're willing to be all that... for me?" she asked softly. "But.. but why? I understand you wanting to be friends, but I don't really understand why. You're doing so much for me and you haven't even caught me."

At the question of taking a shower, she looked down at herself and frowned slightly. "I think perhaps that might be a good idea. "We usually take baths in lakes and such, but from my time as a fighter, I was taught that a shower is a quick and easy way to bathe. So I'm used to them." Her fur was indeed spotted with blood, dirt and bits of grass and mud from being in the wild. In some spots it was so bad that some of her fur was even matted to her skin.

Evan let her go and chuckled a bit, and placed his arm around her waist, and led her to the shower. "Who says I need to catch you?",he asked her, flicking on the light. "Since when do I have to catch you to do a lot for you?",Evan also asked, and gave her a hug with the arm around her, scratching the fur that was on her waist while he hugged her. "I'll only catch you with your permission. I'd only want to do it to avoid you getting caught by some trainer that was similar to your former one, or some creepy poke'maniac with a side of creepy.",Evan stated and shutteredm before going to turn on the shower, making it go to the perfect temprature. He showed her all the different shower gels such as the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and headed for the door. "Enjoy.",he simply said with a wink, and went out to wait on the couch for her.

Umbra felt his arm wrap around her waist and she felt her face heat up and she shrugged slightly as he led her to the shower. "I don't know. I've just never heard of such a thing." she told him as she walked at his side. The feeling of his arm around her waist as he hugged her with it made her smile again while leaning into his side a little. His comment about only wanting to catch her to avoid her getting caught by anther abusive trainer or a creepy poke'maniac made her laugh softly and she nodded in understanding. "Thank you." she told him as he started the shower. After he showed her all the different shower gels, she watched him leave before carefully getting into the shower.

While washing, she took her time cleaning out her fur, watching as the water ran a murky brown color from the mud before swirls of red from the blood joined it. It took a while before the water once more ran clear and she sighed while she ran her fingers through her hair and her wet fur. In total she was in the shower for about half an hour before she shut off the water and shook a little like a dog would before squeezing water out of her hair and her tail. Opening the shower, she grabbed a towel and began drying before stepping out and shivering as the cool air hit her damp fur. Umbra dried off as much as she could then placed the towel into a hamper and head out to where he was waiting.
