Well, I suppose that it is about time that I take the initiative to make a request thread; especially seeing as League of Legends is down for a patch update, I am sitting here bored out of my skull, and find myself wishing that I had some more role play stories going on around here. Anywho, you are here about role playing, not my minor grievances with the universe, so how about we focus on that? I’ll try to keep my request thread both brief and as informative as I can for everyone’s convenience.
A Little About Me
On my side of the internet, I am a twenty-two year old male with dominant sexual preferences and these are the kinds of characters that I prefer to portray, though I am capable of playing other roles upon request for the right plot and/or for side characters. My kinks are broad and I am open to many things, though I do have things that I just don’t like to even write about just like everyone else. My largest kink, and the one that I prefer to incorporate into any role play, is power play. Power play can come in the form for me, be it non-consensual, blackmail, or even consensual surrender of power (ie: a loving master/pet pairing) – I love it all. You can find a full F-List in my signature for those who would like to see a full reference sheet of my likes/dislikes/maybes. Lastly, I prefer long-term and plot-driven role plays but if that isn't your thing then I won't try to deny that I do, from time to time, invest into something short and sexy.
About me as a role player…
~~ I am looking to role play through forum threads ONLY.
~~ I prefer to play young, dominant male characters. (Usually in the ballpark of 20-25)
~~ I can, however, play other roles upon request and/or for the right plot.
~~ I love almost any form of power play! It’s a great way to catch my eye.
~~ I am literate! Look around my ad a bit and not just at these lists and you might see that. I am not perfect, but who is?
~~ I like to think that I am fairly creative. I have my bad days, as we all do, but I am usually on the ball with things.
~~ I am open to all kinds of settings! (Realism, modern fantasy, historical fantasy, sci-fi fantasy, Tolkien fantasy, and a vast array of fandoms – don’t be afraid to ask about anything.)
~~ I will try my best to give you at least one post per day. Usually, I will try my best to give you more but that depends on how often you can post yourself. Damn time zones slowing down my RP…
~~ On the note of time zones, I am in EST (GMT -5). I usually wake up around eight in the morning and go to bed around eleven to eleven thirty at night. (Just so you know my active hours)
~~ I usually write between three and five paragraphs per post depending on the scene. Sometimes, I will post less or more but I will never give you less than two small paragraphs.
~~ I like using pictures as character references. I can do real pictures or anime-styled, depending on partner preference.
What I would like from a partner…
~~ Female characters only. I am straight and have no interest whatsoever in being erotic with another man. Men playing female characters are fine.
~~ Literacy is a must. I don’t expect perfection, especially since I cannot provide it myself. However, if I have to double or even triple read your post and decipher it like hieroglyphics then I will lose interest.
~~ I would prefer someone with a creative mind and who can contribute to the story. I don’t mind driving the story when your muse has left you, but it can get old if your partner is just ‘along for the ride’.
~~ I would prefer it if you could match my posting length but if you fall a little short then don’t sweat it. It’s a small detail that I can easily overlook as long as you’re giving me a real post and not a sentence.
~~ Please be prepared to use a reference picture. It doesn’t have to be an exact representation of your character – I just like visual aids.
~~ I would like it if my partners were active. We all have lives and I can respect that. I also understand that time zones can be a bitch. All I ask is for one post per day, as I will try to give you.
~~ If you need to be away for a few days or feel that the role play has become dull and needs spicing up, just drop me a PM. You will get the same respect.
Cravings/Plot Ideas (If you don't see something that you like, feel free to still PM me. I am open to suggestions.)
~~ I am really craving some Warcraft role play here lately. The races involved would be entirely open for suggestion, as I used to play both factions - used to be the operative word. I don't play anymore but I did see all of the pre-raid content in Cataclysm before I got tired of it so I am familiar with the current events of Warcraft. I prefer horde, myself, but am open to Alliance and/or neutral/hostile factions.
~~ While I am on the subject of computer game cravings, I would also love some League of Legends role play. This would probably be the only fan-based role play where I would want to play cannon characters, seeing as the champions don’t really have extraordinarily fleshed out backgrounds and personas. Riot game us great ‘skeleton’ characters, as I like to call them. Why not use them?
