At least I got it to the line art stage. Most of the time, I get pissy and end up giving up on whatever I'm doing in the sketching stage.

Notes-

Completely done with digital ink. No paper was involved.
All of my training... doesn't exist. Unless you count looking at online shit and figuring it out over the years. I should probably have taken some classes.
Two things I haaaaate drawing... hair and hands... which is why the hair is not done yet and I hid the hands. I've not really done anything for over a year now, so at least until I figure out if I still have some competency in it, I ain't drawin' no hands. I still have no idea what I'm gonna do for the back of the head-ish hair....
I got the head wrong... it's... off center... and now I dunno how to fix it. Things I should've noticed while sketching.

If I can figure out the major fixes (head/hair) I might do moar with it. Otherwise, I might just drop it here what with the suck factor.

Any suggestions, zomg halp would be nice. :3

Luff the puppy and his bad art?

If I could get my stupid ass tablet to connect to the net, I'd update this with the "finished" product. And by finished, I of course mean I got as far as my skills take me.

Show me some of your sketches (or a link to) and I'll take a whack at digitally inking them.

Note; digitally inking is easy and sketching is hard.

"Candi's greeting for her master as he gets home"

Finished sketching it. Still needs some work on the hair, eyes, the bra and line art.

Yeah, I tried inking that one and ended up my typical pissy self and deleted the ink work. -Ears go down-

-Leans into the pettin's-

I know, still. I'm working on a new project. Takes longer, but it's more interesting at least.

*giggles and pets more*

hrmmm.... so hard on yourself. i think you need your ego stroked! lol.
and you'll have to post this new project when done. damn... wish i could freakin' draw. i suck that way. XD
BUT.... at least i have musical talent. hehehe.

O.O
really???????? do NOT hide!
i'm mainly trained in piano and voice! piano since age 5 and voice since like age 8ish. i also played flute for several years. and now i want to learn cello and bass guitar. XD

still... that's awesome!

i wish i could improv tho. i sooo suck at that. but... you place a piece of piano music before me and i'm all good. well, if the music is of the 'classical' genres anyway. lol. give me mozart, beethoven and chopin damnit! hehehe!!! XD

I was going to do Rp tonight, then I got distracted and started working on arts...

Edit: Where I finished for the night.

What pissed me off and made me want to quit:
The eyes/muzzle. I just cannot seem to get this done right... I spent more time there than any where else... I need to practice just those specific details.

What annoys me still:
The ears. Bleh. Hopefully they'll flesh out.

What I liked:
The body/arms/legs. It came out fast and looked good. I got the basic concept of what I wanted. Still needs more detail.
The hair. For something that annoys me so much usually, it came out quickly and rather well. I tried to get away from the feathered style I was using and went much more simplistic. I like it lots moar.

Still needs to be done:
Hands. The right hand will be resting on a holstered pistol, the left partially in a pocket. I want to give it a gunslinger feel while keeping with the modern era that I'm actually in.
Pick anything on the head except the hair. I'm probably going to completely erase the ears, muzzle and eyes... again... for what's probably the 10th time and re do it. I'm too tired right now, though. Maybe they'll look better when I ink it all.
General details. Pockets. Creases. Ect.

Bleh... The head/face is really annoying me...

Current stage of development:

A lot changed. The muzzle was driving me nuts, I looked up some reference art. I'd cite the artist, but I doubt anyone knows him... her... I dunno. The eyes definitely look better.

Only one other thing is going to change before I finish it. The boots and I forgot the eyepatch. Details, details...
