I agree whole heartedly with you about the song. It is very emotional with a strong message about how people don't care about other people anymore. How evil and corrupt and heartless other individuals are to one another. It's true that very few people love their fellow man just because of racial or religious differences. The first time I heard this song I cried because of how it made me feel. It is a good song with an extremely powerful message.

On the other hand, every other big hit from them has been mindless, repetitive pop music. Whether it's because they are no longer in touch with the actual problems of the world anymore or because the general public loves mindless bullshit, BEP have drifted from their original message and are now producing mostly non-meaningful dance music. It's sad to see a band with the power to make such moving music become nothing but the background noise to a house party with wasted idiots, but it's true.
