It was a chaotic morning, crazy noon, and a peaceful evening as Husk finally returned to his dorm room. Being a senior at Crossroads had lead him to be rather used to the usual beginning years for freshman. Honestly, there wasn't much to do on a first day. Sure he could go to a few parties, get drunk. But that wasn't really him. Husk simply sat in his dorm, lifting weights as he did daily. Of course, there was one thing that he had been anticipating for a while. His last roommate was a year ahead of him, and although they talked every once in a while, it was only a distant friendship. And he was rather excited to see someone else coming in. Of course, not much had came to thought as to who would it be.
Of course, Husk was no ordinary human. No, in fact, he was a wolf. An anthro, if you would. Crossroads was simply one of the few academies that were open to accepting his species, and seeing the opportunity he grabbed it and was going through his last few years to major into physical therapy. Rooming with a human, was quite out of the question, though, so the academy organized a section for all animals to be roomed with another, and with his leaving he couldn't wait to meet this new lad.
Besides this little thought in the back of his mind, though, he continued to lay on the bench press, lifting quite the weight as he kept the stereo on going as he kept at it. His grey fur matted with sweat as he kept at it. He had nothing much but a pair of shorts on, he never liked working out with a shirt on, so he didn't worry about it. Husk was rather.. big. Not huge, but being 6'2 with a good body and a scar on his left eye wasn't something someone would first think to be.. friendly. But, in fact, this wolf happened to be rather kind if you got to know him, but not many ever did.
