Lilly sat with her sister reading something because she was not sure what she was waiting on, but she was waiting. They got a letter from a mysterious source about having them go to the Gray Hound Bus station. The girls were only a year apart, but they still had each other's back. The watched for each other because they were all they had. Their mother died and their father was no where around. It was only natural for the to be on a careful eye for anyone that was going to be hurt them.

Lilly looked at her sister and smile, but the smile went away when she felt something in her stomach. She nudge her sister to wake up, but that didn't work so she started to shake her. "Lynn, wake up. You have to because I have to go to the bathroom and get some food for us. You need to be out on the look out for whoever we are meeting and just in case someone tries to still our stuff. Can you...LYNN!" Lilly screamed to get her sister attention.

" Nnnnngh . . " She finally woke up after all the screaming and ruckus that older sister was making. She had just started to enjoy and get comfy against her sister's shoulder while taking the little nap that she had. Lynn listened and nodded obediently to her sister's directions. Though, as much as she wanted to see who or what exactly had called them to the situation, it didn't override her love for a good rest.

She sat up straight and took a long stretch, stiff from sitting on the bench and bored of watching bland and uninteresting people walk by. " Hurry back ! And get something sweet ! " Lynn called over to Lilly with urgency, petting her stomach that suddenly craved anything she could find. Her feet swung back and forth, waiting not so patiently for who or whatever to show him.

Artiem, spawn of Satan who had taken his fathers throne many many years ago appeRed on the earth in a dark and dirty alleyway in a mere black puff of smoke. He had created a human body of a thirty two year old man, rather tall about six foot with a job that was specially tailored for him. A lawyer, able to bullshit his way out of just about anything, good or bad didn't matter...it only mattered that he succeeded at his intentions.

Slowly his feet began to move, his shiny new shoes glistened in the sunlight as he was adorned with his rather expensive suit. He took a deep wiff of the cold morning air, his hands instinctively sliding into his pockets as he turned on the balls of his feet. Turning towards the bus station, a devilish face taking over his solemn face. As he stepped inside it took him mere seconds to see the girls who he had spawned from his very own loins. As one left his eyes dropped to the other.

"My, my, my a girl such as yourself should be out in the big city all by herself. Lynn correct?"Artiem said with a sly grin as he approached her slowly. He looked her over once or twice...she definitely looked more like her mother.

Her eyes wandered around to all of the different people passing while the voice grew louder and he stepped closer. Lynn finally spotted the body of the voice and waved politely. " Well, we're kindof waiting for someone. And he's really late ! " She said with an upset expression while searching through her pockets then huffing when she wasn't able to find the letter from whoever had summoned them to the station. It was with her sister.

" . . . Wait . . " It clicked. " How do you know my name? " She looked up to him again, far shorter than he was even if she had stood up. They didn't tell anyone why they were there or who they were, so it was very strange that he would know her name. " Are . . you the guy ? "

Lilly hurried back from the bathroom with her hands still wet. When she saw a guy talking to her sister she ran over to protect her. She wasn't sure if he was the guy or not, but she wanted to make sure that this creeper didn't mess with her little sister. "Back off creep! I'll fight you down if I have to." Lilly took on a fighting stance and was ready for anything that the could throw at her.

She might not have been a black belt, but a red belt was good enough. And if she did get hurt, Lynn would be there to back her up. Lilly looked around to see if there was anyone else in the bus station that could help them this this creep tried to kidnap them.

Artiem laughed lightly as the girl seemed to be shocked then the another girl seemed to come out of nowhere. Her fiery red hair accented her odd attitude, overprotective and definitely violent. He leaned back ever so slightly just to take in a deep breath before he smiled.

"You would be Lilly correct?"Artiem said with a smile as he looked over the crowd. They seemed to be looking over the odd situation...two girls and a guy who was much taller than them didn't look like a...normal situation. "You can put your hands down before you hurt yourself. I was the one who contacted the both of you."Artiem said as he extended his hand. "Names Artiem, I'm your father."He said nonchalantly.

Lynn holds onto her sister's arm and leans closer to whisper into her ear, " Do you think it's him ? He's the only guy that's stepped up . . " She took a quick peak back to him, looking him over skeptically.

" You can't be ! Our Daddy's been gone ! " And with that she retreated back to her sister's side. She hadn't been called to be agressive yet, so the side of her wouldn't show. "Whaddya think he wants? " She whispered again, keeping her eyes on the face of the tall mysterious man.

"I'm not sure, but I'll get to the bottom of this," Lilly whispered back glaring at the guy. "What do you want, guy? Who are you first of all?" It seemed kind of weird for a guy to come up out of no where and just announce that he was the father of two teen girls. It couldn't be possible. She remembered her mother telling her and her little sister that their father was never going to come back to them and left them for good.

"I told you both just who I am. I am Artiem...your father. Although most people know me by other names...Lucifer, Satan, The Devil. Take your pick, personally I find them all incredibly boring and bland."Artiem said with a sigh as he stared up at the clear blue sky...it was odd how he actually enjoyed being in the humans world...it was different...in a good and bad way.

"As you can see being the lord of the Underworld is a very difficult job that I maintain almost constantly. Leaving your mother wasn't much...but seeing as how my job is getting fairly bland I came back."Artiem said with a grin as he turned to face the girls. "Well...if you guys don't really want to get the hell out of here or something...by all means stay."Artiem said as he turned on his heels and walked off at a leisurely pace.

Lynn looked around to the large crowd of people and started to panic . Her attention switched between Artiem and Lilly trying to decide on what to do . " Wait ! " She shouted out urgently , still clung to her sister's side and whispering . " We can't let him go . . What if. . he really is our Father . . ? I don't very much buy the Satan idea , but Mommy never said he was dead . . "

Lilly looked at her sister then at the man that was claiming to be their father. How she wanted a father so bad. She wanted to be like all the other girls that she sees at school that have daddies. They take the girls out to father daughter dances, out to eat, buy then things, spoil them rotten. Everything that a father should do for his baby girl, that what she wanted it. But there was another part that was scared. She wasn't sure if she knew what would happen if this guy was really their father. Lilly had seen many things about a father coming back into his baby girl's life and done some many things to them. Things that a father should never do, or at least that what everyone says you shouldn't do, with their daughters.

"Wait! How do we know your knot lying to us? There has got to be some way for us to know that your not faking and just trying to lure us into your white or no window van where you'll have your buddies waiting for us so that you and them could have your turns raping us then throw our bodies off some where? I've seen the show Missing and other shows that have to deal with kidnapping. So don't play me for dumb Mister. And if you do try to do something, there are cameras all over this place. They got you on film if you did try. So...if you can say no harm will come to us, prove that you really are our father."

Artiem smiled they were definitely like their mother...she was very stubborn and hot headed very similar to the two of them. A sigh escaped his pursed lips as he turned around ever so slowly, the crowd having resumed their duties so they don't get involved. His steps neared him towards the two girls and he just released a gentle smile as he looked them over.

"There is your first mistake...you girls watch way too much television."Artiem teased with a slight laugh. "Now here's something I think you should probably know. Your sister the younger one with the dark hair looks a lot like your mother, while you look more like me when I was a child but through...odd means I've changed my appearance. Now how would any serial killer, evil man, or just a evil person in general want you to come meet them at a bus station while I'm dressed like this? Let alone knows your name."Artiem smiled as he slid his hands out of his pockets once more. "I don't look like a serial killer or rapist now do I?"

Lynn grumbled at his comment about watching too much television . It's not like they had anyone else around to really teach them better . After listening to his explanation for this and their appearance , she started to believe him just the slightest bit . Though , she would fall for just about anything if it had a sweet enough background . This is where she depended on her sister the most , where she would look out for her and keep her from making stupid decisions based on first impressions . " It doesn't take much to kidnap and run away with two teen girls . . " Mumbling under her breath .

" How would he know so much about our mother if he wasn't Father . . ? " The thought crossed her mind . Many children do look like their parents , but how would he know what their mother looked like ? She moved closer to her sister's ear , " It is kind of an awkward place for anybody to do any snatching here , isn't it ? " Although it didn't look like much , the bus station did have to have enough cameras and security to keep things calm in such an open busy place . On top of that , they were surrounded by people ! Surely enough one of them would have enough heart to stop to help the two if they were pulled into any trouble . Her eyes flicked back to Artiem and stared up at his face , just begging to find any small tell that he might be lying . If he was , there would have to be some reaction .

Lilly sighed and then thought of some more question. Something that only their father would know...because the girls didn't have a profile anywhere online to tell them their ages or where they lived. Which made it seem really strange. How did this guy know where they live? He could have been a stalker. It wasn't strange for that to happen. Lilly silently cursed herself for not being able to tell if this guy was really her father. Lilly really wish her mother was alive. If she was, then they would be able to tell if this guy was lying.

"I need more proof. When's our birthday? When did you meet my mother? What's her favorite color." Lilly smiled then leaned over to Lynn and whispered, "He won't guess our birthdays and no one knows mom's favorite color."

Artiem looked them over once more and chuckled slightly. "I met your mother eighteen years ago it was in a cafe I believe actually she was the waitress. She was serving food to everyone, and I waited outside after eating until she was off work where I persisted ongetting to know her better. Her favorite color was red...much like your own hair."Atrium smiled gently as he did, sighing as he tried to remember their birthdays.

"Your birthdays are different months...I know that. I believe yours,"Artiem pointed to Lilly."Is in march, while yours is in August. Twenty first for Lilly and thirteenth for Lynn."Artiem said with a smile his hands then resumed to be stuffed into his suit pockets.

Lynn felt a cruel shiver running down her back when he told information about their mother and birthdays that was actually correct ! Standing silent , she tried to figure out some way to explain to her sister how he might've known .

Nothing came up sadly and she looked to her sister for any response . " He . . Knew , Lilly . . " Her hand was clinging tighter onto her arm , less joyous and giddy and beginning to get more afraid . It would have taken an immeasurable ammount of time for any stalker to find out that information . But for their Mother's favorite color . . ? There was no explanation .

Lilly notice how her sister was getting and thought it would be the perfect time to leave. "Okay whatever stalker. We are living now, and if you follow us I'll call the cops. Let's go Lynn." Lilly started to grab their stuff and started to leave out of the bus station. She knew that she had to get her and her sister out of there before the guy got made and tried to grab and run off with at least one of them. How did he know all those things. How...How?! Lilly balled her fist, but started to walk out with her sister next to her quickly.
