Nathan and a few other of his buddies went to Mt. Usuthu one day, just to enjoy a hike when his friends were reunited for a bit due to their highschool reunion. Like old times, they liked to play dangerous events, and one of the most dangerous things they could have done was climb Mt. Usuthu...and then peril befell Nathan. As he reached the summit after the rest of his buddies chickened out halfway to the top of the mountain, Nathan slipped...causing a rock slide to come with him as he came rolling down the mountain, only to get rolled into a cave before it was blocked off with the rest of the debris from the boulders. Wounded, badly, Nathan gets up to feel his arm is numb. He had hoped that he didn't do something to lose all feeling in it forever, but that was the last of his worries. He had to get out...so he began to walk through the mountain cave.

As he walked, he could feel himself getting more tired as time went on, his vision feeling like it was becoming blurry, though it was hard to tell with the darkness of the cave and the fact he was using his good arm to feel the wall around him. Eventually he saw light, he hoped he wasn't dead, and began to limp-run toward it...only to see a large, vast grassland in front of him. He couldn't believe what he was seeing, an area where there were no mountains or rocks except for the one he was just in...he figured he was dead, because he was totally drained now...and he fell to the ground and passed out from fatigue.

Arastine walked around looking for grain and berries when she saw a body of a boy. She looked around to see if anyone was around. She walked over to him and poked him with the flat part of her spear. "What is a boy in such clothing doing way out here?" She looked at the cave then back at the boy. "Could he have come from the other side? Is he the one that is the one that is suppose to lead us out of this time of darkness?"

Arastine picked the boy and started to carry him off to her village. From just touching him she could feel that his arm was broken and his was hungry. She quicken her pace so she could start nursing him back to health. If he was truly the one to bring her and her tribe out of the darkness then she was to do anything that would help him reach his goal

When they would arrive to her hut, Nathan would begin to awaken slowly from where he had passed out. He lay wherever she had put him, and he looked over to see where he was. 'Where am I...' He thought in his head with a small groan as he could now start feeling the pain of his arm. 'If this is heaven, then its not all its cracked up to be, unless I'm in hell...' He continued to think before he tried his best to sit up, but he only yelped as he could feel the pain in his arm as feeling came back to it. "Ow ow ow..."

"Don't move. You're in pretty bad shape. I don't know what your doing on this side of the cave, but you must be here for something important," Arastine said as she ringed out a towel and placed it on Nathan's forehead and laid him back down. She took some wood and cloth and straighten out his arm so that it could start to heal. See smiled at him as her tail started to sway back and forth. "My...is Arastine. Welcome to my village."

"Arastine...Village...?" Nathan said to himself, unsure as to whether he was dead and in paradise...for he was being treated by a naked woman who seemed to be the same age as him, from appearance anyway. "I don't understand...I fell from the top of the mountain and rolled into a cave that got blocked off by boulders...Where am I exactly...? I don't recall ever...hearing about some village in the mountains before..."

"Mountain? There are no mountains for miles from here. Unless you go into the cave. If that is what your talking about then. The cave you must have came in from was connected to the modern world. I've seen it, but been forbidden from going there for some time now. Now you say it's sealed off? Very sad. Well now your hear. Is there anything I can get you something to eat while you rest and heal?"

Nathan shook his head to her question. "No...No I don't need anything...My body is just sore..." He murmured as he continued to look up and down her body. "Why are you naked...?" He said with a small murmur to her. "Do all women of your village just walk around naked? I bet the males here are all pleased with this." He joked before coughing a bit, his eyes closing tightly as there was a small pain in his chest.

"Naked? What do you mean by that?" Arastine tiled her head to the side and looked at him a few times. She didn't know the meaning of naked but she knew what clothes were because she's been to the modern world a few times, but it was a few times years ago. "We don't have many men in this village. The men were killed long ago. Only few men live now, and they are the elders."

"So...a village of nothing but women and old men...?" He said to himself. "Dunno if thats hell or heaven for you girls." He said as he rubbed his head, which still throbbed in some pain. "I am sorry for your losses...but I need to get home..." He laid back down and groaned a bit. "I'm not supposed to be here. Hell...I'm doubting I'm even here physically. I bet this is just my personal heaven or whatever and I'm really dead or something."

"You can't move! What are you think! Your badly hurt and you need to stay still. If you keep moving you'll never heal. So lay down and rest. I'll get some food and water." She gets up and starts to leave the hut. "If I get back and your gone. I'll have all the hunters after to kill you."

"Wow thats SOME hospitality when it comes to your patients wanting to get up and move around the village." He murmured. "Though thank you anyway." He called out before sighing and relaxing. What did he get himself into. He was slowly starting to see how stupid that mountain hike was, and he should've cowarded out like the rest of his friends had done.

As soon as she left another girl came running in. She watched over Nathan and didn't say anything. She smiled at him and fluffed his pillow and fixed his arm from where Arastine left off. Once everything was done the girl looked out of the hut and saw Arastine coming. "Arastine comes. Be nice to her. She does her best." The girl, who seemed like a kid ran off giggling.

Arastine came back in and smiled. "You met my sister. Childish little girl she is. Fun to play with. You have allergies to any kinds of berries? I picked all kinds."

Nathan thought that as soon as Arastine left, she somehow gotten smaller. He saw a form just like her run in and just fluff his pillow and help his arm once again, though he remained silent as he wondered how she did that. When he heard her, she didn't sound like Arastine and assumed it was just someone else in the clan. "Your sister...? She looked a lot like you." Nathan said as he heard Arastine when she came in. "And as for allergies...I don't have any...though please tell me I don't have to eat them. Please tell me that cause...berries are just disgusting by themselves...Got any meat or something...?"

"Meat...no. We haven't gone hunted today. Later we will have meat. For now, eat these. The are just fine for you. Trust me and yeah thanks. My sister and I are really close." Arastine sat down next to Nathan then check his arm. She smiled then looked at him and started to mash up the berries along with other things. "If you eat a little of this and put this on your wounds, you'll heal right up."

"Its amazing how much you know about things like this..." He said about how she knew what would help him recover from his wounded state. "Arastine, where exactly am I? You said that I'm in a village on the other side...of the mountain I'm guessing...but...on the other side, there is no grass...only snow and mud on the mountainside, but here...there's tons of grass and sun."

The mountain has many caves that only a few know where they lead to. Each place leads us to another part of the modern world. Me and friend found then and haven't told a soul. They left to live in the modern world, but where killed. So the elders closed up the caves so one one could leave or get in. And that's how we had most of our men get here, they would make us pregnant and then live. Sadly, not a single boy be born. In many ways, your people would call it 'utopia'."

"Didn't even know what 'utopia' meant...but I think I get a general idea now..." He murmured. He looked at her with a small frown. "I'm sorry to hear that...But...It seems you and I are just stuck on this side of the mountain...what are we going to do about my situation though? I'm new to your village. Isn't your village chief or something cautious of me being here, after hearing that your friend was killed in the modern world?"

"They do not know. For I have hidden you." She smiled at him and then started to mash up the berries even more. After Arastine got done she feed him some then use the rest to heal his arm.

"You've hidden me? Thats...somewhat relief...but won't you be a traitor if you hide a 'modern worlder' or whatever you call us from the other side? Won't they like...kill you or imprison you? I don't want you to get in trouble on my behalf, Arastine."

"Not really. Elders think that it would be better for us to hid you guys before bringing you in. We must show you the way of our world, before you can even come out in the open. Don't worry. I'll have you up and out of here before you'll have to meet any of the elders."

"If you say so...Arastine..." He murmured to her as he sat up, growling in pain from his body and ignoring what she said about him having needed to lay down and rest to recover. "Look...I really don't belong here, and I don't want to be a burden. Lets just get me to one of these unblocked caves to my world so that we don't have to worry about me too much."

"That was the last one." Arastiane said as she pushed Nathan back down. "If you want to go back home, you'll have to wait. You can't just leave at this moment. Warriors have to move the rocks. I'll have to go to the ones that actually know about the cave and tell them about you. Other than that, you'll have to stay here. Most of these girls here are very horny because we only have one guy here to supply all of our sexual needs." She got up and started to leave the hut, but she looked back with a serious face. "Do not, and I repeat, do not leave this hut."

"Oh joy. I'm on home lockdown." He murmured, though the part about most the women there being horny wasn't a bad thing to him. He smirked at the idea, though he would do as Arastine said and remain in the hut. "Damn...the hell am I supposed to do until she comes back then?" He said with a frown as he laid down and just watched the ceiling of the hut, not doing anything but lay there.
