Aiden woke up in his familiar college dorm room. His clothes thrown in every direction and his books scattered in the corner. He stretched his body and looked out his window. At 22 years old, he was at the prime of his life. Going to school for business and enjoying the college party life as well. He was mildly built, 5'10 and about 150 lbs. His black hair that normally hung flat on his head was now standing straight up in every direction. He slowly got out of bed and walked over to his dresser where a white piece of paper with scribbling on it fell to the floor. He figured he would grab it and see what it had on it.

When he read the paper her realized why he had drank so much the night before. They were going to start accepting furries into the college. He grumbled under his breath and crumpled up the paper. It was the weekend so he didn't have to worry about classes, but that also meant that he could easily run into a furry even easier. He sighed before he grabbed a clean shirt and pants, getting ready to go find some breakfast.

Arunena sat in the college admissions office waiting for her paper work to be processed. "So I will live in one of the co-ed dorms right?" She asked one of the office attendents who seemed to be very helpful in processing her paperwork. Once all the papers had been processed, filed, and signed Arunena was set. She looked down at her classes and smiled. "Thank you so much." The woman smiled. "Oh and this is your dorm, the room number, and your room mate. Also, here is the key to the room." Arunena smiled at looked at the paper and nodded.

When she finally she made it the room and let out a sigh. She knocked on the door unsure if someone was in the room already in the room. "Umm hello is anyone here?" She stood there and waited to see if the door is opened.
 
Aiden was caught off guard when he heard a knock on his door. He hadn't had a room mate since his last one graduated. That had suited him just fine. He pulled on a pair of loose fitted blue jeans and a tight green t-shirt. He ran his hand through his hair for good measure and walked into the common area of the dorm. The dorm was split into three parts. A main room, that had access to bathrooms, showers, and a shared television. And two bedrooms on opposite sides of the room. He looked over at the empty room that he had been using for storage and sighed. He hoped it wasn't a new room mate, he didn't want to do all the hassel of moving everything out of that room. He pulled open the door and put on his usual cocky grin when he noticed what stood in front of him. It was a furry, and a female one at that. He wasn't sure if he wanted to try and scare her away or simply slam the door in her face. "Can I help you?"
 
"Umm. Hi, I was told to come here for housing. I just registered and the admissions office told me to come here. I didn't know if someone was here yet or not." She seemed nervous about this, there was a human male standing before her. "If you want I mean I can come back later, I have some classes to get books for." She felt so out of place here. What were they thinking.
 
He didn't want to answer. He couldn't believe the college would put him with a furry. He figured he would put up with the whole integration, but to be forced to live with one was beyond acceptable. Instead of saying anything, he simply walked away from the door and looked over to the storage room, that was now to be her room. He turned with a stern look. "This will be your room. I will have the shit out of here in about an hour." He said as he turned back and went straight to work on the room. He hoped that she would then hide in her room forever,
 
"Umm oh, ok." Arunena half smiled as she set her suit case in the living room. "Umm I guess I will go tour the campus and figure out where all my classes are. I hope its not an intrusion that I am here. I will do my best to stay out of your way, heh." Her ears fell to the side as she quickly scurried out of the room.

He didn't look to happy to see her at all. What was she going to do she had to live with him for a whole semester. Maybe she would get transferred after the semester was over. Till then she would try to make the best of it.
 
Aiden grumbled as she left the room and turned to the spare room. “Well, not a spare room anymore.” He said as he lifted the first box he came to. He knew he was a little too mean to his new roommate and he knew that she probably was just as scared to be here as he was angry that she was here. He let out a long sigh as he clicked on his rock music and continued working. He let his mind wander as he took box by box out of the room and found places for them in his own room. He would probably have to sell some of his shit so he can have room again. It wasn’t long before the room was as empty as he found it when he got there. Noticing that the furry had still yet to return, he figured he could do something relatively nice and started a pot of coffee. He then sat in his room as he waited.
 
Arunena returned back to the dorm room about two hours later with a small smile on her face. She had the whole tour of the campus thanks to nice boy, who also had walked her back to the dorm. "Umm thanks this is my room." The boy smiled at her softly and then left. She opened up the door to the smell of coffee and saw that barren room. "I am back." She said softly as she went to her luggage and rolled it into the room. She dropped off her books and paper work gently on the bed and walked back out still in a good mood.
 
"There is some fresh coffee if you would like some, ups are in the cupboard above it." He called out from his room when he heard his roommate return. He turned his music off and finished off the cup he had poured for himself earlier. He stood up and waded through the mess of boxes that he had made in his room. He made it to his door and walked over to the coffee pot. He didn't want to say anything, uncertain if he could trust what would come out of his mouth, but he also didn't give her any dirty looks. He figured that if he wanted to survive this year, he would have to attempt to be nice to his roommate
