Pregnant Tattoo's!

I don't know why I've been thinking about this, but I've been craving a scenario in which I play a very pregnant girl who waddles into a tattoo parlor and gets a tattoo on her belly.

The tattoo could have some magical abilities to either change her or control her in some ways. Bimbofication is always enjoyable....I think that could be injected into this rather nicely!
